Yum! I just made this but i put mango puree in the middle instead of chunks and added cream cheese in the frosting with the cream...OMG..AMAZZZZING!!!! Cream cheese is a must!

I can't say about the Mango Coconut Cake, but for normal cake without egg you can use 3/4 cup of Curd or 1/2 cup of Condensed Milk. Thanks
