Came across this video while searching for a coconut mango sponge cake and glad I found this. A few question..a) does the cake stay soft and moist even being in the fridge for a few days b) is the cake sweet as most recipe is too sweet, I prefer the asian cakes where they are not too sweet c) how can I modify this recipe for 3 - 6" diameter x 2" height round pans d) instead of oil can butter be used e) alot of recipes I have seen uses about 4 eggs, why does yours use 6? Thank you!!
