Come to think of it, I noticed that EM2, 3 of the Petes came together to kidnap Prescott and took him to Ventureland. So, that could mean in the possible 3rd one, Mickey and Oswald should go save him, even after he tried to destroy them in his arena.
Oh yea, the ending was literally meant to hint at epic mickey 3. That’s why fans including myself really want the third game because the game ends on a cliffhanger so basically the petes were meant to be side villains or something in epic mickey 3
Or they could do the original ending of epic mickey 2
In the thinner ending, it’s all four Petes, but in the paint ending, it’s only Pete Pan, Big Bad Pete, and Small Pete.
Because the Pete’s are probably planning something evil.
If they remake the second game, I hope they fix the story and add more bosses.
And things such as the camera and Oswald’s AI

I love the series, but the remake cannot remake the story. It'll remake mechanics etc, but the story remains as it is.
@@zajac4817 That's not entirely true. Some things can change in a story for a remake. Usually they take place during or before the event of the Main Story.
@@zajac4817. That's not really how it works, though; Hell, some of the best remakes out there completely revamp the story in a number of ways: Introducing new characters, changes to the personality of old characters, adding new locations, stuff like that.
The company that is making the epic remake does remakes on old games but now I’m excited since the people that made the first two games says it’s possible for a third game it’s good to see that the franchise isn’t forgotten

I think we first need a full remake of the second epic mickey, not just an upgraded version but a rewritten one with more content
My take is epic mickey 3 just needs to happen in the right time tbh, cause the problem is he's too busy i'm pretty sure

Epic Mickey 3 would be the cherry on top, but on a more realistic note, I genuinely am on the popular train of wondering about if the other 2 games that already exist(EM2 and the sidegame on 3DS) would get a similar treatment. It sounds logical, but we have seen a lot of times in the past that just because the first game of a series gets brought back, that does not say anything about the other games(See Metroid Prime. We are still waiting on news on MP2, 3 and the DS sidegame that may never come).
And like, it would just be a shame, considering how much good there is in those games, even if they are way less popular for factors outside their reach.

Well, we'd obviously see mickey and oswald, maybe alot other wasteland characters go into the cartoon world in em3 as they try to stop the pete's, maybe alongside some musical numbers! Wich sounds really cool

Well, I think that if the Remake of the first Epic Mickey was very successful in sales, they could also make the Remake of Epic Mickey 2. And if the Remake of Epic Mickey 2 was good and better than the original and was also successful in sales, then we can have Epic Mickey 3. From my point of view.

Would Epic Mickey Rebrushed have full voice acting instead of grunts and murmurs again and what is the possibility of Mickey and Oswald's long lost sister Amelia Field Mouse becoming a forgotten character in Wasteland since we haven't seen her since the really old Mickey Mouse comics
I like the grunts. The second game kinda ruined it with voice acting.
Unfortunately, leakers have come out and said that the game will not have voice acting this time round. And honestly, I kinda expected that. Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated, despite being a Remake built from the ground up, used all the same dialogue and voice lines from the original game. So, don’t go into this expecting them to now have Mickey and Oswald speaking throughout the game. As for Amelia, again, I’d say don’t get your hopes up. But who knows? It could be possible.

Probably less of a remake of the second game and more of a reBOOT; Fundamentally bad writing being one of the reasons why.
What I think if the first remake does good. I hope they make epic Mickey 2 more longer than it is now. For example we go into different worlds and make the story the same but add more levels, more projectors and boss!!!

Yes, Epic Mickey 3 Is happing. I have a friend named imani, and he has a studio named Mousely Games, for disney interactive games, and disney hired him to work on the epic mickey series, and he told me that epic mickey 3 would be coming out if disney allows the game, i don't really know yet, but he does not know too, so stay tuned, for trailers and teasers of epic mickey 3

From the leaks i’ve posted, no other games are planned, if the game does well an EM2 remake will start being developed.
And if that does well, we might get EM3

I’m telling you, epic Mickey 3 could actually happen and besides, I always wanted to play as ortensia the cat. Because the epic Mickey 3 game original was going to let players play as ortensia the cat.
Tbh, I would be kinda glad if he wasn't involved? Hearing his ideas for what the 3rd would be was not something I wanted to see in the game. The biggest gripe of the 2nd one was Mad Doctor's singing sections. Warren wanted to add MORE of those in the sequel to the point of having guitar hero-like sections with the music. He also said it would be multiplayer. However all that said, he wanted to do Epic Donald first before EM3.
Me personally, I would love to have more connected open world experience in the 3rd one. Traveling on a chairlift/trolly fighting enemies between locations. My thought, story wise, would've been the Pete's fixed the clock tower. With Prescott, they make the clock tower mobile and turn it into a time machine to change events in the story so they would rule everything. The only way to stop it is to go to wonderland (which we haven't really seen) and meet with the white rabbit to allow us to jump between different points in time and defeat various Petes. Obviously, going back to the first and second game, fighting Mad Doctor and the blot again amongst new and old villains. The blot would be something that the Petes learn to gain control over and it's the final boss of the game. That chairlift/trolly thing I mentioned? Imagine having a boss fight with the blot or the shadow blot while traveling and it just shows the sense of scale. Thats really my main thing is SCALE. Make it big for the end of the series.
To be honest, I think going for time travel would be a bad idea; I'd prefer to explore more of the universe Wasteland inhabits: To see if there's anything beyond the Thinner Ocean.
@@dragonbornexpress5650 I mean I’m not entirely a “let’s use time travel for everything” kind of guy, but I feel like it could work within that universe with the IP it has. It could show what wasteland was like in its hayday. Obviously if it was done correctly

That would give a lot of costumes. And then also if wasteland was irl then the forgotten characters wouldn’t be forgotten anymore. Nothing about anything I’ve said is concrete to do anything legitimately but it’s neat to ponder

Doubtful. Don't get me wrong, that'd be neat to see, but I'm betting more on stuff like Pixar characters and memorabilia being used as part of different locations or as palette swaps for different enemies: I don't think Fox stuff is very likely.

Don't get me wrong; Some of the new locations are utterly fantastic to look at and play in, and the Co-Op had potential, but the gameplay didn't really evolve from the first game in a number of places and therefore the already prevalent cracks became even more noticeable than they already were. While the first game mainly just needs help in some areas, the second game needs a complete rework if it's gonna come back.

@@ChipFanXO. I get you. I'd be perfectly fine if they kept some of the locations like the Floatyard or Blot Alley, and even the premise of a massive earthquake in Wasteland is pretty neat; Otherwise, though, lot of cuts will be needed.
Even if we wanted it to come true. It possibly will not happen since someone who helped with the epic micky games confirmed that the case for a third game, unfortunately won't happen.

Its honestly unlikely we get Epic Mickey 2 remade, not only was the game not well received at all but its still purchasable on steam and other platforms meaning Disney as a company has no need to remake a game and spend more money on a game they could just re-realease with a few tweaks, not saying I wouldn't love to see the second game get the love it deserves in its own right just saying unlikely though they could always go the route THQ nordic went for Battle for bikini bottom where we get the first game remade and a new game which acts as a stand in sequel since Battle for bikini bottom did have its own sequel back in the gamecube era but no one talks about it so We could just skip over and in the case of that I hope they go with the original plans for epic mickey 2 and add more disney creations and a much darker story I also hope we get some of that un-used content as DLC for the first game but unlikely

@@aidanharper1780. Considering the recent trailer (not the Direct footage) was literally just an upgraded intro, I wouldn't be surprised if it got a delay. (Plus, if it gets a delay, that might allow for more forgotten character opportunities. References to the package films, maybe?)
