Fantastic piece! I've always loved this one. I picked mine up years ago and have never taken it out of the package, along with a whole host of other Spawn pieces that I own. Please do more of these Spawn reviews if you can.
Very nice review! Amazing figurine, I have it :) Some people criticize to Mcfarlane because their figures are not articulated. I prefer a piece of art and not a simple toy. I'll be waiting for your next revision of Spawn figures!!
I have the same exact one BUT mine doesn't have the plastic clip on the back. I bought mine new in the package off eBay. The plastic cape is stiff AF! It was difficult to snap together, I had to use super glue to keep it from coming apart. Also, the base SUCKS! It barely holds the statue. The peg holes are not deep enough to hold up the top-heavy Spawn statue and it wants to fall over. Overall this is a very nice looking piece but it is NOT worth what people are asking for it off eBay or other market places
i was just gifted a few of these after a family friend passed and i decided to open this one mainly due to the box alredy being dmgd on the side the other 2 i have are still sealed
this was my first spawn figure (been hooked ever since), and i noticed mine doesn't have the holes for the C clip (or any c clip at all) at 6:12. The others i have; the hanging spawn (series 27), 10th anniversary spawn, crouching spawn (series 26), violator 2, and clown 4 with the pizza. Very cool looking figures, they definitely get a lot of attention with guests. I have a feeling that these figures are going to get more sought-after once the new movie comes out (recent interviews with Todd seem to point to all things moving forward finally). anyway keep up the nice work!
I think I have 88 but I don't remember the tree. I might have this 24, I know I have that base (do the other ones have the same base?). I dunno, after a while, all the spawns started to look the same
I had like 8 Spawn figs, now I have like 4. With MK11 hype, I decided to ebay it and got this guy for 42 shipped and Halloween Spawn for 36. But I'm happy I never sold my "Hamlet" Throne Spawn, Spawn Issue 8 and the #138 statue. Figured he deserves a shelf and Batman can blend right in. Or even Spidey or Venom.
I have this its awesome but the tape got stuck on the bottom of the base which sucks but its the bottom, the figure itself is gorgeous looks good next to my Art of Spawn issue 7 figure which is my favorite of the two, want more spawns!!
Will Pelizaro Hard to say they don't have these in stores anymore, you could find them on Ebay but they tend to get pricey, this one might go from 40-60.00
