Thanks for the review, great as always. Sorry to hear about the elbow. Regarding the cape, it actually is removable. It's pegged into the back and his right neck skull is simply tabbed into the cape. I replaced his main chains with metal ones and plan on doing the same for his smaller neck chain.
I got the unmasked version from Toys r Us only However I Wish I had gotten the masked version too but I wasn't ever able to find it and today the price for this figure is very expensive. Cool review as always 👍👏
I think I remember seeing the unmasked version once in stores but I didn't have the cash at the time to get it, even though its an older figure I still wish I had gotten that variant too, thanks for checking out the video Wilfredo, btw I'm sure I've already asked you this in another comment you left but I wanted to ask you, are you able to see all my new videos showing up in your subscription feed? have heard from a couple of viewers they aren't seeing the newer ones popping up?
in a statue with a very minimal "posabilty", they just ruined the sculpt by adding articulation joints..theres a saying "better than nothing", i dont think its applicable here..if its a statue, its a statue..
just opened mine and tried putting the small gun in his left hand and...snapped off his hand, the guns don't even fit in his hands for mine and the peg for the stand doesn't fit for his boot...
Cool Spawn figure. Its a shame that the McFarlane Toys Colour Tops Line has such questionable articulation. That aside, thanks Spot for the review. Thanks for being the best reviewer on RUclips!
I understand the frustration and I hate this line! Love Spawn, but I hate how McFarlane are try to spoon feed to people that 'no this isn't a statue! Look it moves' yes it moves but only slightly so you end up leaving it in one pose anyway -_- just wish they'd suck it up!
McFarlane Action Figures were in the 90s - early 2000's on fire.. But now days, McFarlane is totaly out of touch, when it comes to Action Figures, which is sad. :(
I’m a big fan of the older statue and minimal articulation figures. They are in cool poses and look cool on my shelf. The sculpts and paints are farrr superior to the new figs like the MK11 spawn everyone raves about.
As a Spawn fan I really do wish they would release a figure with more articulation something along the lines of Marvel figures, to be honest I've never purchased a Spawn figure because of the lack of articulation
That right arm is already broken. It can no longer hold the weapon without it falling. It may seem that the peg is still there, but it's too small now. The tip (which is larger than the base of the peg) broke off. It may not look like it's still intact, but only because the break was clean.
I don't pose my figures, preferring detail over articulation, but even so I dont want to collect statues and like having the option to pose them if I ever want to. I was already going that way but you've convinced me to pass on these colour top 'figures'. I'd rather buy their older figures.
McFartlane may as well just make them full on statues. As it is, they don't have any decent articulation to satisfy toy collectors but the sculpt it broken by pointless articulation cuts that are nigh on useless anyway but ruin the sculpting detail for statue collectors.
great review thanks. Im sticking with the classic Spawn lines from about series 17 onwards. Ive no real interest in this new one as its been done better before. I like metal chains and the proper Art of Spawn ranges There are much better Spawn figures and thats where my money goes. Cant see much point really and he should just remake some of the original lines
because McFarlane is too damn cheap to make a figure or a statue will he just stop making figures at all. And stay with comic books the only thing kept is the Predator 90s from 90s
How does McFarlane manage to stay in the figure business? Their stuff is so confusing and downright bad. They are overflowing on pegs across the nation. Nobody is buying these. Retailers, just stop supporting it.
Have a little more respect for the company that started collecting as we know it now ... I know that collecting comes from long before Mcfarlane .. But he was the first to give us figures in true detail, favorite horror movies like comic books and books ... In addition, the company always sought to innovate with new themes ... nowadays you can copy what already exists ... You are so ignorant, how is it that someone with as little brain as you came to this video?
Articulation used to be a huge concern for me, but i don’t play with them anymore so I love these statues.
Mcfarlane always the best 👍👍👍
Ive been wanting to buy this but now I wont. Thanks for the review you saved me money!
Well I hope u saves up your money for the Kickstarter spawn thst is going to be one awesome piece I've pledged

man, I have not seen a figure you did not break. I congratulate you, you are a very successful man!
hmmm not quite

Ryan Jones Very true haha

I think their other products (like Mass Effect Andromeda, Halo and Destiny) are surprisingly well-articulated.
I'm fortunate enough to have received the "Hamburger Head" TRU Exclusive in a trade box with another Tuber.
you're lucky, I wanted to pick that one up too
I just got this one. Putting the pistol in his left hand it came right off, had to glue it back on
You saved me. Mistook this as the 10th anniversary articulated one and almost bought it, till I searched on internet and found your video.
Picked 1 up today at local comic book store getting hard to find in stores nowadays and prices have skyrocketed on greedbay and Amazon

will you review the latest commando spawn figure? I think it is already avaliable
As a Spawn fan I really do wish they would release a figure with more articulation something along the lines of Marvel figures, to be honest I've never purchased a Spawn figure because of the lack of articulation
Good luck getting those guns in his hands.

1 best RUclipsr ever
thank you very much for watching :)
Classic, first time Spawn V.S. Overkill.
for $15 it is pretty cool
I haven't purchased a McFarlane figure since the 90's....and his "figures" have not advanced since...I think they've gotten worse
XXTROB dude love your shin Gojira profile pic!
XXTROB articulation isn’t everything
first luv ur vids
I don't have this figure but it suits my taste just fine, great sculpt and detail and limited articulation!Call me crazy..lol
You complaining about small issues spawn looks so good as a statue or figure either way
McFartlane may as well just make them full on statues. As it is, they don't have any decent articulation to satisfy toy collectors but the sculpt it broken by pointless articulation cuts that are nigh on useless anyway but ruin the sculpting detail for statue collectors.
The old beautiful more than rebirth figure i'm think .
The hand snapped off mine right out of the box. I had to glue it back on.
super glue all joints and call it a DAY
I would call this figure Spawn 12 .
The arm came off due to the guantlett is has so cant be forced to far back its obvious !!!
it says on the box "9 new figures"
Wish he would get with the program, and start giving real articulation. Hes totally missing out on some serious sales
Why does this video have 6 comments it should have more

Does anyone knows how tall in cm this spawn is?
McFartlane still seems to think it's 2001 and hasn't advanced in their ''action figure'' quality since.
I got this for $10 CAD so can't complain
This is not to play, it's to stand somewhere...
I have that
it's 100% a statue and not a figure. they're not bad as statues.
its a mcfarlane action figure and its not bad.
It's an action figure without the action
because McFarlane is too damn cheap to make a figure or a statue will he just stop making figures at all. And stay with comic books the only thing kept is the Predator 90s from 90s
DC direct figures are also very fragile....i broke the arm of my Bane figure...makes me angry....
My god this is super shitty, glad i watched this video first...
putting articulation on a statue is stupid
2 n d
That Means I'm Not Going To Buy It
Figure Shit!
How does McFarlane manage to stay in the figure business? Their stuff is so confusing and downright bad. They are overflowing on pegs across the nation. Nobody is buying these. Retailers, just stop supporting it.
Maybe because statues are more expensive so ppl buy McFarlane as cheap statue substitutes.
