Damn how did you pull off so well lol. I myself have a 2014 E400 also 420bhp and struggle to accelerate that quick. I might try and put it in eco from now on lol.
MadCat also mate I have had my re map for a few months and the turbos seem to be getting very loud when accelerating. Do you have this at all?, I understand this obviously increases turbo boost, but just want to see if other E400’s are doing this
Actually it starts in second gear but then it quickly shifts to first gear when you push the throttle to hard First gear goes up to 40mhp and second goes to 60
No chip...just a remap to the software... the ECU needs to be opened however and is mapped this way...no soldering involved though which was good news... basically no visible changes
Looks really good, what does a stage 2 map consist of and how much, also what's an aggressive sounding exhaust mod for this car, thanks for your time in advance.
I’m thinking about tuning my e400. The only thing I’m worried about is if any components in the car aren’t made to handle to large power increase. Have any issues been reported from this tune?
Steven T this is the same engine that is in the e43/c43, and those are pushing close to 400HP. And the 7speed gearbox can handle up to 516 TQ, so no problems either. In fact, my moms CLS550 is tuned to 540HP and 705 TQ with the same 7speed transmission, and it’s been doing fine for the last 3 years.
@@icecubebrain lol you guys think 100k miles are alot ? wow priviledged countries you live in, here in romania most beemer mercs audis are atleast 200 k at a reasonable price, and they re remapped with 0 problems if done by a good tunner and the car was taken care of.

yes really should not have been. I don't have the car now so unfortunately can not re do the run. Let us put it this way...if you want to buy this or already own one...get it remapped! you won't be disappointed!
That’s very very quick! Tcu tune and that would do 60 in sub 4s
i know it is quite off topic but does anybody know of a good place to watch new series online?
@Raylan Alexander Flixportal xD
@Donovan Crosby Thanks, I went there and it seems to work =) I appreciate it !!
@Raylan Alexander no problem :D

Haha give it a go. Only realized it was in Eco mode after filming. But very strong engine!

all fine for all time had it
@@J200S how many km you had it for with the tune?
Wow, seems a lot more aggressive than my Eurocharged Stage 1 tune. Or maybe it's just too hot in Texas right now.
Do you still keep this E400 as tuned ? Any feedback after 3years...?
Your E400 always starts in 2nd gear in Economic (E) mode ?
Yes, mine always does
Every car does that

Yep 2nd in ECO & 1st in Sports mode

MadCat holy crap no ecu for this much of a gain? how much does the stage one remapping run on a2015 e400
Does this affect the longevity of the injector's and other components. Because I had a lot of trouble with my 335i ?
No problems with this car. Drives like a dream. If you had problems with your previous car, it was probably a coincidence. Nothing remap related.
I have same car its 3.0 V6 I think it has about 330 hp. Can I get about 400 hp with stage 1?
call the Celtic Tuning Kent contact number and they will give you the details..need a registration first
I have an e400 that i wish to remap / how long does it take to do and what is the cost !
Its ECU out and probably takes around a couple of hours or so to have it remapped.Call for latest prices
MadCat good value
MadCat where can I get it done if I’m in london
You may have had this done already now. visit the Celtic tuning website and find your local dealer near you

Lol in eco too
What's 0-60 I am thinking about having my e400 done is it worth it
Definitely worth it. It's a lot faster than standard. 0-60mph is around 4.5 seconds
MadCat 30-70 MPH in 3 seconds that's just mental and I thought my Mapped 235BHP 330d was quick before lol

Thinking about getting a e400 but it’s has 100k miles on it so im kinda ehhh about it
Probably shouldn’t remap a car with that many miles

Put it in sport 😡😡
Doesn't make the difference. Only quicker throttle response and different gear to rpm ratio (keeps rpm higher by using lower gear)
