    Sir pls replyy very curious as a Beginner which deadlift is effective touch n go deadlift or deadstop deadlift i ve researched a lot but there are mixed responses hope you ll reply me or make a detailed video soon 🙏

    You can do it perfectly ON LEG DAY, if you this exercise on Back day you won't be able to do the barbell rows as effective as you used to do

    Sir I do squat bench deadlift once a week so I train legs two times a week
    One session i do squat+legpress+isolation movements
    Other leg session i do deadlift+hacksquat+isolation movements am i doing correct?
    Not doing SBD more than once a week cause no strength oriented goals

    Sir....if its Sumo deadlift...then It can be done with Leg....or not.

      Sumo works more on the quads but that doesn't mean it completely takes loads from hips hams or lower back. If your workout hypertrophy based than you will be better off doing on another day and if you do more of a strength training than if you know what you are doing you can. I also did squat Bench deadlift on same day 3 times a week no problem.
      Start slow and progressive overload.
      And also doing both same days keep a eye on volume and intensity if you are the person maxing out daily and on both lift than your intensity is very high than it can be problematic.
      Do in the range of 5-8 reps with 1-2 rir.

    Do it on legs...
    Just do hack squats or legpress.
    Then go with deadlift weight should be 15 16 reps and done with leg extensions....
    It covers all muscles of leg hamstring glutes(deadlift)
    Hack Squats or legpress (quads)
    Extension for bloodflow as a finisher.
    Remember to go beyond failure with each exercise then you will never need to do any exercise focused on hamstrings glutes and quads.
