Who and what are the deities that some of us witches work with, and how do they help us in witchcraft? How do you know when you've made contact with a deity, and how do you tell it apart from a trickster spirit that means to do harm?

I should've clarified before, but the sign that I asked for was for the study and practice of deities. Like if I should study it. I'm not naive enough to jump into something I know little about. Deities Part 2:
Now, how do you meet a deity? One of the easiest ways to go about it is by meditating. He will be making an entire video on meditation alone because there’s a lot of ways to go about it. But the sole goal of meditating is to relax, clear your mind, relieve tension, and to let your stresses and the outside world fall away. When you’re in this state, you are in the perfect position for entities to interact with you. Not just deities but spirits and energies as well. You might not experience anything your first few attempts, but the more you practice meditation, the more you’ll start to build your spiritual energy and the more aware you’ll become of the energies around you. And therefore the more likely you are to sense the presence of or actually meet a deity when they choose to present themselves to you.
Another way you could meet your deity is in a dream. Once again, when you’re asleep and dreaming, your body is relaxed, the outside world has fallen away and you’re in a really good state for a deity to make contact. Blue Raven thinks of dreams as bridges to the astral realm. Not all dreams are like this, of course, but when they are, it is the opportune moment for a deity to make contact with you. They’ll speak their piece and you’ll speak yours and then they’ll send you back. Many people have asked if daydreams are included with this and he thinks that daydreaming or spacing out can be considered a form of meditation. So potentially yes, it is possible for you to potentially meet a deity or hear a message from them while you are daydreaming.
One other way you could meet a deity is by pure chance. Some people actually happen to see and make contact with entities a lot more easily and frequently than others. So you might not even be looking for them but they decide it’s the right time for you to see them and to start building that relationship. Working with a deity can be an exciting and enlightening experience. It’s a unique form of relationship that you can find meaning in, even if you don’t always see eye to eye. However, keep in mind that working with a deity is a relationship! They’re not your slaves and they don’t have to bend to your will if they see no logical reason to. Remember these beings have been around for a very long time. Every good, bad, amazing and horrific thing to ever happen throughout the course of human history, they’ve seen all that or have at least heard about it. If what you’re asking for isn’t necessary or they don’t stand for it, they will tell you or let you know in a way that is abundantly clear. Now all of this doesn’t mean you don’t get a say in your side of the relationship. If you feel like you can’t deliver upon a request, tell them that. If you aren’t sure exactly what they’re asking of you, ask them to elaborate. If you don’t want to work with this deity at all, tell them as kindly and respectfully as you can. Overall just keep in mind that while you have the right to say yes or no, they also have the right to say yes or no. Consent goes both ways and it’s important to communicate and respect that.
So where deities come into play when we’re practicing witchcraft? A witch can actually choose to evoke the name of his or her deity during spell work. It’s almost like praying to them in a sense. If you’re worried that your own intent might not be strong enough, asking a deity for their assistance can churn out some satisfying results. In a way, the way they go about doing this is like they knock over a single domino that sets off a chain reaction of events that leads to the result you’re looking for that occurs in a discreet and realistic manner. As he mentioned earlier, working with deities is not a beginner’s practice, especially for those who are younger who are just starting out. It takes a lot of time to build yourself up to that level of experience and it leaves too much room for things to go wrong.
However, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t some things you can do to get yourself started. Start yourself off by doing some research on a deity or deities of different pantheons that interest you. Just Google Norse gods, Greek gods or Roman Gods and read up on the ones that interest you. Or ones you may have never even heard of. If you’re fascinated by entities like Archangels, fallen angels, the Ars Goetia or any spiritual entities that pique your curiosity, research them. Look up testimonials from other witches and pagans who have worked with these deities and watch videos about them. Literally the Internet is going to be your biggest ally here. Will it take time to sift through all this information? Yes. But it’s time well spent and the more things you know and learn about over time, the more prepared you’ll be in the future.
If you find a deity that you’re drawn to or you already have one in mind, you could try setting up an altar for them. Many deities have various colors, fragrances, animals, seasons, elements, plants etc. that are associated with them. Or there could be certain things you already associate them with. Candles, incense, statues, crystals, offerings, and so on can be arranged on an altar, almost a sort of sanctuary or tribute to them. If and when that deity chooses to reveal themselves to you, they’ll see that you’re already interested in working with them and therefore may just be a little bit more willing to work with you. Of course this is all optional and if you aren’t sure where to start with setting up an altar or any of the other things, don’t worry. Those will be covered in their own videos as well.

How to figure out if a Hazbin Hotel character is "real" or if it's a trickster spirit:
Like you said before, always ask questions.
Example for Alastor: Radio static is not enough to confirm it.
Which Alastor are you? (To confirm if he's a character or the mythical Greek Alastor.)
What year were you born and when did you die?
What is life like in Hell?
What is your favorite food, color, and song?
Say a phrase in Creole or French.
What did you say to Charlie the first moment you met her?
Were you a human and where were you from?
If he cannot genuinely answer these kinds of questions or if you feel that something's wrong, then you know it's a trickster spirit pretending to be a trickster character! When in doubt, get out. (Hazbin fans are usually good at putting the pieces together about their beloved characters, despite many things still unknown).
By the logic of the multiple universes theory and humans bringing life to deities and spirits, the same could potentially be applied for fictional and mythical characters, inspiring us in our lives and being "deities" in a sense. (But out of respect for Blue Raven and the practice, do deity research first). Due to deities and spirits being around longer and having prominent roles in witchcraft, it would be better to work with them when you're ready rather than making up your own figure to worship. (Also, it may be easier for tricksters to disguise themselves as celebrities and characters.) But like the saying goes: "Do what thou will" so long as it's not harmful to yourself or others.
An infinite number of deities, spirits and characters can exist in the Astral Plane (Real life people do not count, only spirits and beings not of this world), so always be careful. Be sure you have experience and time to research.

This came out at such a convienent time I just got into witch craft and was wondering about deities
Witchcraft is really interesting, I’m not on TikTok, but every time I come across something in relation to witchcraft I’m immediately invested in the said content. I’d love to try it someday, but I’m the type of person who is scared/don’t like to talk about spirits and stuff, I don’t know if I could be compatible with witchcraft.
I think I had an out of body experience last night, but I’m not sure of what out of body experience really mean, I know what it is but not the meaning. Does it mean I have a connection to spirit stuff or it’s just a normal thing anyone can have?
For the fear of all witchcraft and sprits it's ok to be. Hell I get spooked every now and then and I've been doing this since the 90s . As for out of body experiences as well as some basic information. Most times when people have one it can go 2 ways. One is "well that happened but (how or why?) " Or it gos to " Az#$&@&ajshdvv (a.k.a freak out). I for one can't give you the answer for your experience unless I have more information on the events before and after.

As for my out of body experience I don’t remember every detail, but it was in the early morning like probably around 1h00am-3h00am I don’t remember what dream I was doing before it happened (probably a wacky one). I saw myself in my bed from different angle and I was kinda close to my face after that I woke up and was like: "wft just happen" (in a calm way) after that I just when back to sleep cause it was way too early to wake up/start the day.

Isnt it possible that the Alastor and Darkiplier fans just accidentally made a couple tulpas? Its not a good idea to abandon them, especially those 2 since they have pretty iffy at best morals and are so powerful.
Best course of action is to edit them.

Lol, a lot of the messages they send through daydreams are like random info downloaded into your brain. Usually mirror work or working with water can help with communication. Water and mirrors are strong portals. A lot of my most important and meaningful communications came when I was either taking a tea/healing bath, washing dishes, sitting by the river at the French Quarter, or doing some kind of ritual with a bowl of water. Rain also. I have heard voices through the rain. I sometimes get overwhelmed sitting by the river though. Many have died there and I hear screams and feel the pull of the spirits sometimes when im there.

Great thinking. in a sense you can consider trickster spirits trying to make a tulpa so that they can be closer to you but it's basically just trying to latch on to you like a parasite.
Can we talk about deities who came about by things in the world, for example Hephaestus was the god of fire and volcanos aswell as Blacksmithing. But then you have deities with more abstract concepts like Aphrodite was a god of fertility and love, hell even Athena was a goddess of wisdom, concepts that aren’t tangible things

Man just the thought of a trickster spirit playing alastor. Holy crap that musta been difficult. Heck even Darkiplier. I mean its possible but man. That takes alot of acting skills and research

I've had many encounters with trickster spirits and it's not that they don't have a great acting or research on their hand, it's that they know how to fool the person that they're going against. It's basically like their power level with your mental power level if they know that they're going to be going after a new baby witch they can literally go ahead and turn that person's world upside down. But if they're going against someone who has been around the block not only a few times but a few thousand they got to make sure that they up their game to that level. As for the darkaplier and Alastor "deities" that Raven has talked about, there is some merit that they could be the real thing but it's most likely a trickster because of how much harder it is to confirm this deity of sorts. Also we would need multiple witches wizards and pagans to make sure that this is a true deity before we even confirm it.

YOOOOO I WAS JUST THINKING ABOUT DEITIES
Personally, I have only been practicing for about 2 years now, and about a year and a have in I do recall saying that if I want to have some on to work with anyone, I wanted them to be more as a guide and not as a god, or as someone to worship. Someone to be there as a friend and that they had no bias, but would bring me no harm.
Months would pass and I remember dreaming of this church I use to go to. People were exiting the church service and I saw this woman. She was a gorgeous woman, with very black ebony skin, and it looked silky smooth. She had a bald head, and was very tall and skinny, like runway model skinny.... un-naturally skinny. And she wore a flowing white and gold outfit, just beautiful to look at. Then. she looked at me... and started to walk towards me like the runway model she was. I was in awe of her presence, but not really scared.
After I awoke, I talked to my friend who has been practicing for much longer than I have, I sketched him a drawing of what I saw. then he had an idea. He began to look into my cultural background (Mexico) and came back with, Santa Muerta, and one of the nicknames she tends to go by is the La Flaquita (The Bonny/Skinny lady) or La Negra/Señora de la Sombras (The Black Lady or Lady of the shadows).
He helped me on seeing if this was the real deal, and what ended up happening was, she said hello, and she said that she was willing to work with me, but I needed to be ready and I can't use others to make my decisions for me. I'm still on the fence since I'm still new, and I don't want to rush, but I want to just want to ensure I'm not doing sometimes that could cause me harm. I guess more experience is needed.

Hey raven remember when I told you about my dream about anubis well now that it's been awhile I think it was actually a trickster spirit taking the form of anubis because I had heard a story about someone else who had a similar thing happen to them but with odin that might explain why I couldn't hear anubis' voice in my dream because it probably wasn't anubis.
Another great video Blue, I'm glad to see that the 101 is going great now. I do feel like that we should actually talk more about other things like Astro projections and also ways to actually help and protect young witches and pagans. But the path that you choose the path that is going to be led so there's no need to force or push someone a certain way. Stolas from hellava boss is acturaly based of the one of the mythological Great Princes of Hell, Stolas(same name).
"Stolas is a Great Prince of Hell. He is seen as a fallen angel and commands twenty-six legions of demons. He is depicted as either being a crowned owl with long legs, a raven, or a man.
He teaches astronomy, history, and the knowledge of poisonous plants, herbs and precious stones. He is often shown changing or manipulating history either for personal benefit or amusement. He is also known as Stolos and Solas."
so it is posable that this Person did meet this deity.

Possible even if he doesn't say a god but just fallen angel, the angels are not considered deities like others.
In my opinion Stolas has the power of cosmic knowledge, like Thoth, Athena and Odin.

I know your feelings on this question. It's like asking the one that "talks/comes to you" questions you can feel to the paytheon they are from as well as fact check. Some trickster's can spin some amazing answers/stories. But it's obvious on they vibes/actions they put out. It's like making friends with a person that is a toxic influence, they may ack nice and say amazing things but they do and ask/order you for the worst.

Deities Part 3:
The reason why he tries to discourage people who are just starting on this path from working with deities is due to something he brought up earlier. Trickster spirits. There are far more spirits surrounding us in our world and the Astral Realm than there are deities and not all of these spirits are good. A trickster spirit especially is a negative entity that likes to catfish as a deity in order to attach itself to a human. They could observe you for as long as they need to figure out which deity you’re eager to work with and then disguise themselves as said deity. And if this spirit attaches itself to you, then it could take another more experienced witch to banish it if attempting to banish it yourself doesn’t work.
Now how can you tell the difference between a deity and a trickster spirit?
Typically trickster spirits tend to want to cause more harm than good and those intentions can be very easy to pick up on. There’s a sense of wrongness that comes with a trickster spirit that just tells you that they’re no good at all to work with. It doesn’t matter how gentle or sweet they try to be towards you. It feels wrong. A deity will always identify themselves and provide you with plenty of evidence to confirm their identity. A trickster spirit cannot do the same. So if you come into contact with an entity, claiming to be a certain deity, never just take their word for it. Always ask questions.
Something that he feels goes along the lines of this is a concept that many younger more naïve individuals have asked him about creating their own deities or worshipping a fictional character as a deity.
From Blue Raven’s perspective, it is us humans who give these entities life and power. We created them in a sense that we gave them names, wrote stories about them, and have continued to worship them throughout the centuries. So why can’t the same thing usually be applied to beloved fictional characters we want to be real?
It’s because of trickster spirits. They take the form of individuals we adore and use it to their advantage. They will try and take on a form that you feel a connection with, anything to draw you closer to them. Taking on a form that you’re familiar with, especially one you adore is a cake walk for them. Blue Raven says they are no good power-hungry that crave to be worshipped like deities and they’ll pull every trick in the book to do it.
To put it simply, it’s super easy for these spirits to disguise themselves as characters or celebrities you love. Out of respect for the practice and Blue Raven, do research and contact deities when you have experience. Or safer yet, try and make a connection to your ancestors. Based on the logic of humans bringing life to figures and the multiple universe theory, you can form a special connection to fictional characters…but don’t forget to be careful and always ask questions…it may be a trickster spirit pretending to be one!
If you have deep knowledge about the character and what they’re like, you’ll sense when something’s off. It’s not impossible to meet them…just extremely rare in comparison to deities and spirits who have been around far longer and have far more influence in the practice. (They are only there for inspiration and honor, not to do magic for you!) Set up altars with reasonable offerings (no drugs, alcohol, etc.), create art and stories about your favorite characters, meditate to increase creativity. Most importantly, honor the creators behind the characters (Vivziepop and crew) and be sure to show respect in the fandom. (Yes you, Hazbins!)

Food: Jambalaya, venison, other meat, New Orleans dishes, pineapple on pizza
Drink: Liquor, dark coffee, water
Animal: Deer, alligator, crow
Flower: Rose
Element: Fire
Incense: Anything bold/fiery
Stone: Flame Jasper, black stones
Sacred objects: Radios, especially old fashioned ones, knives, microphones, trumpets, jazz instruments, furby organ (Only available to LookMaNoComputer)
Songs: “You’re Never Fully Dressed” any old time jazz song, can also use OST Alastor tracks
He’s also fond of dad jokes and dancing
Symbol/Sigil: Similar to Met Kalfu’s, red with arching deer antlers, a microphone in the center with radio dials.
If you’re interested in working with deities, do your research beforehand and meditate if you’re brand new to daily work, then you’re probably not ready to attempt it right out of the gate. You don’t have to jump into full blown worshipping, especially if you don’t have the means to start. Start off small and eventually you’ll find your deity and start forging that bond with them and always be on the lookout for trickster spirits.

Lately this past year I've been have strong sense of dasavo where I have a dream then weaks or months later something happen that is just like my dream. My mom has also been have the same feelings. Also, all my life when ever I'm completely zoned out I'm pulled out by someone calling my name the voice always sound like who I'm with by when I ask they say they never called and in a few cases I was completely alone.
This is just some I feel like saying, my oldest memory is of a black and white wedding photo that turns to dust and fades away into completely darkness and then a flash of light.

I have a question regarding the part about making contact and communicating with deities in dreams:
How would you be able to talk to them while in that dream state? Because from my past experiences from dreams, you're mainly unable to talk or be aware of anything that is happening until the very end. Does that mean it requires training to achieve this?
This is still very much new to me, so it's possibles that I'm missing something here. Anyways, thanks in advance

Great question! Yes it dose require some training to know what your dreams mean and who you are talking to. I wish I could give more advice on it but it's not somthing I'm 100% have on me.

Because apparently I make quick progress so new story. I decided I would finally conquer my fear stemming from not trusting myself and I would finally open my mind to working with a deity. I was thinking I would be reached out to by Athena, Lucifer, or some other being and I have never felt close to Zeus in this life. I went to meditate while waiting for the orthodontist come and I hear in my head, hello? I mentally jump up unsure who it is and I rudely asked reveal yourself out of reflex and trust issues before realizing that was rude and asked nicely “May I ask who you are and if they could prove it” they say they are Zeus but almost seemed to hesitate for a second on the last part. I asked a bit later after the shock to wore off so I could get rid of fear bias. They say they can show me and I believe the example was adequate. I tried being respectful which I can find hard at times due to being socially iffy but I think I did well. I told them I couldn’t talk at the moment because I was busy and if they would be available a while later and Zeus said no they wouldn’t. I did some divination when I got home and the answer I received was that he was Zeus and I felt comfortable as the being never made me uncomfortable I can just be a bit jumpy, I am glad to begin working with a deity even if I am not out as a witch I hope to make it work. Actually a final note, my theory as to why my progress is quick was around 4 1/2 years ago I became very paranoid of the power I could unlock feeling I wasn’t ready to begin to do things that felt like they deeply resonates to my past and was afraid. My fear was so great that it horribly damaged my third eye, closed me off energetically and sent me on a Wild goose chase over it for the next 4 years until I found a witch who became a trusted friend and helped me heal my third eye. Upon the time after it began healing and opening back up I have felt very in tune and have begun to develop and after 4 years of no progress, signs of progress are spooky to me. What deities would you recommend that is a good starter point if you are just a beginner with working with them?
"Beginner deity's"or a who to ask for first is not somthing anyone can recommend. It's more who speaks to you and who you find interesting. I can say in my experience when I needed more advice I researched alot and found my interest help when it went leaning towards greek gods. I hope this can somewhat help.

I ah, never felt comfortable with the various labels for different modern magic users until your other witchcraft 101 vids. Your description for neo pagan seemed the closest yet. As I've tended to draw from a mix of things base on a combination of how they've worked for me or how they've made sense to me and my philosophical interpretations of the world.
I also avoided diety work at first (probably from my early catholic exposure, even though I was baptized I only borrow a few notions from the Abrahamic faith). Then early in my practice I had an incident involving banishing a demon that made me uncomfortable to to do almost any magic save my Tarot for almost a decade. So- I'm in this weird not quite newbie status cause I have a firm grounding- but like Socrates, I know that I know nothing.
Anyway, I actually received a visit from the diety I now work with in a dream I had in 4th grade, but it wasn't until about half a year ago I figured out thats what it was (I'm 36 now). To this day its the most vivid dream I've ever had. And the second to only dream to stay with me more than a month or so. So I've been working with Ishtar for about half a year now.
Deities Part 1:
Welcome back to Witchcraft 101. In this lesson, Blue Raven will be talking about deities, what they do, how to come into contact with one and how to work with them as well as their place in practicing witchcraft. He hopes you had a safe and happy new year and he can help you all learn and grow in your craft in 2021. Let’s get started.
First off, what exactly is a deity? In broader terms, a deity is a god or a goddess or an entity that is worshipped like a god or a goddess. They’re often depicted as these powerful entities that have the ability to manipulate and influence things that happen in our world. Yahweh or Jehovah, the Christian God, is a deity. Odin, Thor, Venus, Jupiter, Ares, Zeus, are all examples of a few deities that are out there. Even individuals we don’t typically view as deities like Archangels Michael and Gabriel or demons of the Ars Goetia like Asmodeus or Asteroth can be and are worshipped as deities.
But what exactly do deities do? More importantly, why would they want to work with us? Deities actually hold the power to do a lot for us. We often hear these incredible stories from the Bible of God doing these impossible things and talking to loads of different people. And while actual deity work is nowhere near that extreme, they still hold a bit of influence in our world and are able to send us signs, messages and subtly tweak things in ways that humanity usually doesn’t notice or tends to overlook. They might do this out of their own amusement or by the command of a witch or pagan due to spell, hex, or curse.
Now plenty of skeptics will say: “Well, if these beings actually exist, then why can’t we see them?” “Where are they hiding?” Keep in mind that spirits, entities, are not physical entities. They’re not or are no longer of our physical world. Some might choose to remain and that’s why some of us encounter ghosts and other types of spirits. But when a deity is not doing any sort of work in our world, they reside in a place known as the Astral Plane or the Astral Realm. Deities and spirits can be found in the Astral Realm: gods, goddesses, angels, demons, spirits, they all manage to sort of coexist in this realm. Similar to how us humans find ways to coexist on a tiny little rock in our universe we call Earth. Some individuals from different pantheons get along just like some countries manage to maintain friendly relations with other countries and some just don’t like each other for one reason or another, just the same as us.
When we think about how a deity might act, we often depict them as these elegant, regal, stoic figures that are calm and take everything seriously. But you’d actually be surprised at how much deities can act a lot like humans at the best of times. They have certain things they like and dislike. They have their own pet peeves, their own frustrations, things that excite them, things that they fear. And they all have their own specific brand of humor. Obviously, they know when it’s time to be serious. They know when it’s time to bring the hammer down. When they feel like they have to remind you that they’re a deity, and shouldn’t be trifled with, they will remind you. But when they don’t, they know how to level with us and have a good time.
To a lot of people, meeting the entity that could potentially become your deity is a fascinating concept. But many aren’t sure how to go about it. How do you meet a deity? How would you work with one and how can you tell if an entity you’ve made contact with even is a deity at all and not something else? A little disclaimer: You shouldn’t attempt to contact a deity (especially via astral projection) if you’re inexperienced in paganism and witchcraft. While yes there are deities that are willing to work with beginners, they will reveal themselves to you in due time. Deity work as a whole is not a beginner’s practice and should only really be attempted when a witch or pagan is experienced enough to engage.
He is telling you this because a lot of things can go wrong if you try and contact a deity and don’t know what you’re looking for. An entity can present itself to you as a deity you’ve been looking to contact but actually turn out to be a trickster spirit or a negative entity looking to latch onto you and if it manages to do that, it might take the abilities of another more experienced witch to remove it from you so you can start over. Don’t let it happen to you. Don’t be a victim. Choose diligence over impatience.

Id ask for help from a protective deity to guard you from deception from imposters. I feel the person who wants to believe the Hazbins could manifest, inly Im sure theyd look more real life like the cosplayers. I had a dream a few months ago about Angeldust being flirty with me. If only it was more than a dream. I was gonna say that even if you just want a spirit contact and nor a deity you have to be careful and screen for the same reason. Those dirty opportunists like to feed off energy like incubus and succubus.

From my experience and Deity work my Deities have all come to into my life without me searching for a Deity. Deity work should happen Organically. This is how the individual knows their ready for Deity work the Deoty will come to you. It took me 2 years of spiritual and magicakal practice before my first Deity came into my life and I'm up five Deities as of this day. The only eay you know your ready for Deity work is when the Deity calls to you. These are High level enegies and takes time, practice, and study to vibrate at a Deity level.
Your more and likely to get a Trickster spirits when one is searching for a Deity and have no training in magick and trust these trickster know who is a season practitioner and who is not.
I suggest people start with the basics in magick amd Spirituality, and if Deity work is on path then the Deities will reveal themselves to you.
Hi, can my hobbies, interest be an indicator for "choosing" a deity? I. e. I am into gardening and there is some kind of entity lurking aorund in my home and often gives worthy hints on what I can do better in my hobby.

Whispering or ringing in your ears, you feel drained even though you haven't done anything, minor instances of bad luck, or minor inconveniences, if you're aware of their presence, they don't do anything to help you, or whatever they suggest just makes things worse. just to name a few.

So I had a problem with meditation...
I was meditating two days ago and I think it went bad.
I don't know if I feel asleep when I was meditating or something, but it didn't feel like a dream and it didn't feel like I was awake so I don't know. Anyways so I was meditating and I heard two voices. For the life of I can't remember what they were saying. When I got back I felt so sick and threw up, yes it was that bad. I had no idea what was that. So I decided to take a break from meditating.
And something similar happened this summer I had a sleep paralysis but I don't think it was normal.
Usually when people get sleep paralysis they see scary figures and monsters. I saw my hand just slamming on my bed while I was laying in my bed sideways and someone or something yelling at me in my own voice. Again I can't remember what they were saying but it was sooo weird. Can you or someone who had a similar experience tell me WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON because I am starting to get worried....

Well in a sense your deities can look like said cartoons, TV fictional whatever you want to call them. One of my deities who for the longest time I've been working with has taken many forms to become more familiarized by me. In my mind I sometimes see him or her as certain characters from TV shows to movies to even comic books. He's mainly done it just to make me feel better or to at least be around me in a more calming state so that I won't freak out so much. It's not to say that we can will Alastor from hazbeen hotel or anyone else from certain TV's, comics or whatever but it's just that you have to remember trickster's do this for fun. It's kind of like their main job and they get all benefits, so of course they're going to work it hard.

Hello back, yes they do actually exist in the astral plane. many, many, many paytheons exist in the astral plane and they are not just from the western or Eastern their mixture of all.

What about Aztec or Mayan Deities? The conquistadors wracked that mythology. Most of the deities have lost their names and why they were worshiped.
I find that many Mayan deities still exist to this day. Even though they aren't worshiped so mainstreamed like our other deities we have, they still exist for the how much power they were given and how much power they still have from those who have researched and believed in them.

It's a good question but you need to think of it like this, you and (insert name) are in a relationship what would be the first thing you'd want to give (Anubis) so that they would see you. for me when I'm connecting with my deities I always think of it as a relationship of friendship going to another step, I want to give them something that I'd make me and them both happy. but there are cases where they're looking behind my shoulder and I see something a little bit interesting and they're literally saying "I want I want I want I want I want!". I hope this helps.

Here's a question thats been bugging the SHIT outta me. Can those who pass on come into your dreams? I keep having strange after strange dreams about all types of nonsense. At times my late-granmother who passed a couple years ago appear in my dreams, same goes to my grandfather who died back in 2016ish made a few appearances. And honestly it kinda creeps me da fuk out. Each time after I wake up I forget it almost immediately. But I tend to remember a sliver of what happened.

I have meditated a few times and everytime I have meditated I get this feeling of being underwater I feel the pull and push of the waves under the water and often feel like there are fish swimming around me. Does this mean anything it confuses me every time?
It could mean 2 things. 1 you are a natural water element, and or have a deity who is heavily water. Or 2 your concretions to the astral plane are through water. some people actually find that their ways to the astral plane can be through a certain element or elements or even through their deity. I hope this helps.

Yes the big spaghetti monster does count because of how many people and how many worshipers he has or she I'm not sure it's a sexual orientation. This is not saying that you need to have a number of worshipers in order to make something or someone into a deity, it's because of how much human belief goes into the deity.

So I set an Alter for Lucifer. One of the things in that Alter is a big Gray candle. I have got 2 dreams where I saw that candle litened up.
