I stayed with a narc for few months and what followed was the most dark phase of my life. Stay away from them. Chahe kitna bhi pyar ho usse... Understand that you are dealing with an emotional scamster. These souls are evil. Maintain one arm distance.
This podcast deserves to go viral man.

I have encountered an extremely severe narcissist case very recently ! He had multiple partners, he was married but didn't disclose this, there were 2 of us victims that he promised to marry and was manipulating from a long long time. There were 2 other girls he was sleeping with apart from us.
What she explains in this video is exactly what I pointed out to him. Massive gaslighting, manipulation, distorting reality, pathological liar, lying even when it's not required, whenever I caught him he would keep making stories which would not even make sense, used to give suicide threats just to scare us, split personality, sometimes even behaved like a girl, was a heavy drinker and smoke addict, slept a lot. He behaved so well, like a gentleman in the beginning, a lot of people love him cause he has created that image for himself for everyone to like him, wanting constant validation. Did and said exact same things to all the girls, that you are my wife, we'll buy a house, took for vacation, like everything, every word, exactly same.
She has explained all the traits so perfectly!

    • @shreyagupta5382
      @shreyagupta5382 Месяц назад +2

This video will also help me a lot in understanding and putting things in perspective. Like the two key things which she mentioned is to keep the emotional thinking low and intellectualize what has happened. Also something which she said is .. narcissist will not change it's just how they are! When this happened I actually thought he's not even human, has no soul, no conscience, no capability to differentiate between right and wrong. Like how can one human being do this to another human being so confidently. Destroying lives, consciously knowing and giving someone trauma for life! It's almost like killing another human being (not physically but emotionally and mentally)

@@shreyagupta5382 absolutely right they are charming, playing victim card, then identify wt's our like and dislike then they act like accordingly but in reality its a drama. No moral compus, no empathy, they extract positivity from an empath and filled negativity to the empath.

Understand and read a lot about NPD is the only way to come out of the addictive love. Else that trauma bond is very difficult to cut off. I have watched many videos but this one is the best and clear solution. Excellent video. There is lack of awareness about NPD and other disorders. Our society justifies such behaviour especially if it is a Man. These covert NPs get please in torturing people. As Mam mentioned the emotional reaction is their fuel, be it positive or negative emotion. NPDs don't understand emotions or empathy. They find it interesting ifvone reacts as they don't know how to react like an empath.

After watching this podcast, I had a significant realization about my past relationship. I now understand that I was involved with someone who exhibited many of the narcissistic traits discussed here. It was a deeply confusing and emotionally draining experience, where I often felt manipulated, undervalued, and constantly questioning my own worth.
For a long time, I struggled with depression and overthinking as I tried to make sense of what had happened. It took therapy and medication to help me navigate the overwhelming emotions that followed the end of that relationship. One of the most impactful steps in my healing process was learning to set boundaries and focusing on rebuilding my self-esteem.
After watching this podcast, I feel even more clarity and validation about my experience. If anyone else is going through something similar, I want you to know that you’re not alone. It’s a tough journey, but with time, support, and self-compassion, it’s possible to reclaim your peace and move forward. ❤

This video explain everything about a narcissist. I have been searching about this topic for a veryyyy long time just to understand how a narcissistic person thinks, as i am dealing with one . He is really good with the outer world but with me ....just a nightmare. Everytime i try to leave , he blames me for his health and bp and what not and threatens me that he will commit suicide and the next thing i know is ..he is just sitting in the other room in a very calm state. He has hit me multiple times and then justifies it by saying ..."its because you said those words and provoked me ...i had to take such step . This is how you stay quite ." He gets angry at things nobody can imagine. In his brain , he thinks everyone wants to harm him in a way or another. He thinks if he is angry ,it other people's job to babysit him , to take care of him like a baby. And you must accept whatever he is saying otherwise he will continue to fight even if it takes you hours. But at the end everyone must agree that he did nothing wrong. These people are the nicest people on planet for their friends, nobody will ever believe that they are like this .

So best option yea hi hy ki inko scilently akela chor do and let them suffer. Don't even think about them. They don't deserve you. Your time, energy, efforts, attention..... They don't deserve anything at all.

She never remember her any bad word but even single word of us she never forgets and tries to Gaslight relatives, her family as she is victim and only we are torturing her. Amazing podcast! Thank you!
I would request you to create awareness about empath and NPD amongst the helper (say maids) community as they also need to understand these things and how to cope. It is important to reach these people as they are suffering too at the hands of NPD’s. These people do not have access to therapists especially in India. 🙏🏼
I myself am an empath and a survivor of narcissistic abuse all my life since birth. I have a narc parent and a sibling and then a husband. At a point I thought I must be one coz everyone around me especially my loved ones cannot be one. But thanks to the internet became aware that I resonate with Empaths This happened in my 50’s. That’s half a lifetime gone not knowing how to take care of myself. I want now that more people become aware. But alone I don’t know how. You have a platform please do something for this worker community coz they do watch youtube. On humanitarian grounds please to make this world a better place. These people cannot go for therapy and they do make a good percentage of our country.
I live with one and have learnt to cope with but cannot leave as children involved. If I can help in any way I will. I agree no shortcuts its been a hard journey but have risen above all the crap I have been put through. Boundaries was my lesson amongst others 👍🏼
She is absolutely right but we need to empower the worker community in the manner they will understand.

People in society think that they are the bestest people, but in reality they are demon , my ex bf was exactly like that showoff , victim game, guilty feel karata tha , Gaslight bhi kaafi kiya hai mujhe , jab relationship me thi tab samjh nahi paati thi lekin aaj pata laga ki vo kaisa tha .
This is a serious issue , which people neglect and they think victim is the one who misunderstands , I hope one day his reality will come out.

Madam you have great insight in NPD, but i dont agree to the point that its prevalence is 50℅.it can be more in NCR, maybe 5-8℅. But in general population it is not more than 2℅ in India

I am an empath, but for the whole of my life I have been attracting narcissistic people when it comes to relationships, how can I balance this to ensure I attract like-minded empaths like myself for a productive relationship that can potentially lead to walking down the aisles?

while doctor has explained very well and in detail. thantolerate thanks for talking about this topic in detail but the solution provided here to not show emptions , keep a poker face , deal with narcissists, dont leave them,,,,, are you serious . they can damage your brain , your life, your existence ...you are telling people to train themselves to deal with them rather!!!!! sorry but but i do not agree with this at all. this can spoil so many lives.... this is not correct advice

Very well said Nidhi. I am glad you are pointing out the same issue that I pointed out in my comments.
I like that you have articulated the issue very well about this therapist asking the victims to put up with the abuse.
Victims are crushed to core and their spirits die especially if endured since childhood. Many victims end up with complex post traumatic stress disorder.
The therapist does not understand the demonic nature of the narcissist. Nobody will encourage the victims to go back to a demon.
Thanks and may the divine be with you.
I hope that the TAP will do more research on this topic and spread awareness in society about how to help those suffering the abuse instead of asking the victims to be the bigger person and let it go or put up with abuse.
If society starts standing up again these bullies, then children will get saved and will not turn into psychopaths . Children are especially vulnerable.
May the divine help us as a society to have divine wish and protection
