Narcissists know that they can only control the people who fall into their love trap, so they love-bum. Show arrogance and do not yearn for their love because these people are happy by yearning

I stayed with a narc for few months and what followed was the most dark phase of my life. Stay away from them. Chahe kitna bhi pyar ho usse... Understand that you are dealing with an emotional scamster. These souls are evil. Maintain one arm distance.

I'm a narcissist, you can tell it from my username and I'm warning you to stay away from people like us. As she mentioned in the video that we are cowards. No way, if you really think so then you've actually not met a narcissist yet.
We can do things which a coward person can never dare to do. You do 1x of something we will give you 10x without any regret or guilt.
Just stay away. That's the only way to save yourself. If you think you can fix people like us then you're deluded. You can never fix us rather we will break you eventually.

Love the way u explained. A clear picture of a narcissist. My husband is a narcissist. He abused me and hit me also. I stayed in marriage for 2 years and I came back. It's been 4 months now. I'm living a life the way I use to live before. Though I have not been divorced yet. I definitely will leave him forever legally as I believe our life is gift of God and only God has right to give and take back. Nobody on this planet has right to control and torture us. Now after 4 months I'm all calm and better in my thought process and clear with my goals in life.. Thank you mam your valuable words has made me tk a good decision for myself being an empath.

Except that his wife might not be a narc at all, but on the contrary, that guy could very well be suffering from NPD. She has said that he used to beat her while being drunk. And if you read his letters, he has quoted cases of spurned men cutting up women for saying no to them and has hailed them as ideal. Also called his own son a leech and a liability and has urged fellow men to take up violence.
This guy was himself mentally ill and I’m presuming that the wife eventually got fed up.

Just leave him or her as soon as possible.. if you stay your mental and physical health will be completely deatroyed within few years. You cant live like a robot on their terms.. This video gave me flashbacks, and I have taken a good time to heal from a narcissistic relationship. I cannot watch this video, but I know what it feels like living with a narcissistic person.
Just one example of controlling and gas lighting: they will body shame you even if you are beautiful, but not enough for them. They used to ask me why I’m carrying a jacket with me during winter/ spring and cold outside. Because it wasn’t cold for him. 😂
I experienced it and learned it, left them after few years. Leaving them was just peaceful 😊My advice would be Do not let anyone control you. ❤

Thanks for very detailed information. As per your explanation, yes i am also staying with covert narcissist partner. I am suffering from her torture since last 20+ years. I have gone through phycological depression, stress , medicine treatment, sleep disorder. She always shoutes, force's, blackmail her opinion, threatens of law , never understand or listen. She never remember her any bad word but even single word of us she never forgets and tries to Gaslight relatives, her family as she is victim and only we are torturing her. Staying with narcissist is hell. But now days, meditation, real understanding of npd with your tricks are helping me. Thank you.

Double binding and bating are manipulation techniques that usually narcuse is used. Bating means involving you in conflicts and then escalating it. Double binding means always taking the opposite view of every talk, if you say 1 and not zero, they would go for zero and if u say zero instead of 1 they call go for zero. so be in between to not let them do anything.

Please mujhe bacha lijiye. Mujhe aj pata chala meri girlfriend narcissist h. Mujhe suicide krne ki dhamki deti h. Mujhe thappad bhi marti h. Me shocked ho jata hu pyar se bat krte krte kb gusse me a jati h pata nhi chalta, wo bahane khojti h me kuch aisa bolu jisse ladai chalu ho jae, galti usi ki hoti h par sorry me bolta hu. Usko pta h me loyal hu 3 sal bad shadi krna chahta hu. Phir bhi wo koi n koi bat lakar suicide kr mujhe fasane ki dhamki deti h. Baki log usko bahut accha smjhte hn. wo ziddi h ye bat uske maa baap uske ex aur sirf mujhe pta h.
