    I really like this song and this version is the best I've heard. I read once that it's about a hot young widow but couldn't get a translation.

      Tisnt about a hot young widow from what I understand. The cailleach an airgid is the hag with the money. At the end of the song she's set to marry a much younger man, but the singer reckons the marriage won't go ahead.

    I don't understand a word of it, and Google Translate only produces garbled nonsense. But I like to listen to it, and it is great to learn Irish phonetics!
