i am a very very beginner, and i don’t really know how to do the kong vault. i love parkour, but i just feel like im very bad and slow at it. is there anyway to learn these movements faster?

Do flips, start low with cartwheel and handstands, then progress to the macaco and flick, then to the backflip and so on... NEVER GIVE UP
how can you practice your jumping so you can jump farther? and stamina and running faster anything like that do you have any tips?
