  • Since our new class session was cut short so early into it we wanted to make this video for our beginner students so they wouldn't have to start from scratch when we come back! This is a sample of what we teach new beginners and should be enough to keep you going for now!

Fantastic video. Well done guys. But do you know that the kitchen is the room in the house where most accidents happen? I will definitely pick another room to try this out😊

great video. I have a question , will you call speed vault with other food going up differently? i n our gym we call speed with other food swing.

I'm a bit late lol, but they are the one doing it with the other foot. You should swing the foot opposite of your hand.

My house has a lot of parkour opportunities there is a lot of ledges and gaps where I can do this stuff

Your speed vault is done with the wrong foot, and the lazy vault too, which makes it a thief vault... Not that any of this isn't good, it's just that the real speed and lazy would be much easier for beginners to learn.

I was lokking for a comment like this, i 100% agree. Its much easier to learn these vaults if you get the foot placment right and i think it will take longer for beginners to learn if they learn the "incorrect" vaults.
