Exactly, that's what I bought as well about a year ago and I didn't even had to put it on the wall like I planned. Two of those fit exactly onto my shelf and they hold Pedals in two rows now. This little "groove" you mentioned is the perfect add on to hold smaller Pedals, such as the TS mini or the mooer cuties.
