  • We attempted to make pizza on our Cobb grill. It was somewhat successful but we learnt a few things. Next time i will make smaller pizzas or even more like flat bread so the pizza doesn't seal off all the holes and snuff out the coals. We did this about Oct 20 in Albuquerque, the evenings were really cooling off already but the apple crisp still cooked fine on the after burn. I included the Crumbly Crush recipe at the end of the video. For the Cobb bread pan one recipe works well. You can also add nuts or aother spices to the crumble and you can use it on other fruit, peaches, berries , and my personal favorite rhubarb.

How do you keep your Cobb so clean? I use mine daily and it is totally blacked up, and all the scrubbing I do doesn't get it shiny and new looking.

I line mine with squares of silver baking foil. Overlapping them. Easy clean.

Double whammy fire sticks and butane flame excessive fire starting techniques. 1-2 min boyscout "to build a fire" not Jack London novel hint hint

Looks like fatwood to me. Look it up. It's natural, but is resinous

I quickly stopped watching this video because it was so painful to watch with the constant movement of the camera. Too bad, there may have been some interesting information.

Appreciate your effort but, please, put your phone on a little stand. I got motion sickness.
