Waynes how to...Cooking on the portable Cobb Barbecue

Here I am cooking again, this time i have taken the Cobb Barbecue to the beach to prove just how versatile it is. The Cobb is perfect for boats, camping and basically barbecuing anywhere.

I don’t believe for one second what you did was real , I have used 14 heat beads in my Cobb with that grill plate and it wouldn’t even sear a steak , it’s a terrible grill , it does cook a small roast but takes about 3 hours however it is an excellent fish smoker

You people don’t know how to use it then ! It’s brilliant, cheap on briquettes, cooks lovely but don’t expect to cook a joint of meat in 10 minutes....you couldn’t do that at home, could you ? Keep the lid on and leave to do its job !!

Bazil Rathbone it will cook a very small roast in three hours , it will never cook a steak on that grill , this thing is a useless piece of shit and that’s why it has been pulled from most of its previous retail stores in Australia , mine would be in the bin except it does make a awesome fish smoker

Richard Kaye : I can cook a chicken in two hours.....as previously stated you don’t know how to use it....it’s the only explanation. Baked spuds in a hour, put a steak on, twenty minutes done to perfection. Try reading the instructions.....it might help.
