I am from ladakh and I've known the changpas from up close... You are a legend.. Most tourist just visit to see the important landmarks in changthang.. You've explored the changpa way of life way better ... Hats off sir..
Another great video. I wasn't aware about this part of Indian culture. Just goes to show how diverse we are, as a nation. Good job, Mike. Safe travels.
They are Tibetan not Indian.. but yeah they are refugees in India .. seen from 1959 and I think from where they staying right now is quite close to Tibet also ..
Imagine documenting something that future generations will have no way of looking at if not for your videos, something that will probably go extinct in maybe next 20 or maybe 50 years yet you will the one because of whom newer generations will experience something that once was. Great work bro.
Love your videos, my man. I love the human experience. I think we forget others are human beings also. I've struggled with that myself and your videos help clear my mind, see things with a badly needed perspective. Cheers, mate.
Very well lived and described.. I am a new subscriber.. everything from filming to editing you have kept the beauty of the whole land intact… your persistence and dedication to put these out needs an applause
this video needs to go viral.. its so unfair, that such a good video isn't getting the love it deserves..! i am binge watching all your videos..and being from Assam...i loved that you showed a side of India which many tourist ignore..they all go look for poor people..cuz "poverty porn" sells sadly..
What the hell … this isn’t India Nor China . This is Tibet and they are Tibetans. China has occupied Tibet and still under the occupation. But this video ain’t got nothin to do with India or China .. so shhhhh…. Great Video btw. Thank you 🙋🏻♀️ from a Tibetan living in New York.
Thank you for really showing us the world! That little boy you babysat will never forget you. Oh Im going to be more careful what rocks I pick up.😂 Absolutely love your videos!
I’m so glad that I have just found your channel just by chance. Most interesting and informative to life in China and this tribe of Tibetan nomads. Thank you.
I was talking about RUclips travellers with a work colleague and he recommended I watch your videos.. so glad he did! Amazing content and really can’t believe you are not in the millions of views/subscribers. It won’t be long though.. your videos are incredible
This was beautiful to watch. Im envious you were able to join these beautiful people on their way of life for a week. That little kid is so beautiful and pure. It makes me sad this nomadic lifestyle is coming to an end. Happy for you that you could experience it and share with the world. Ps im not envious on that rock you chose or any for that fact haha. Thanks, from Jesse. Australia.
gotdamit this is a very good travel channel so glad i fund it. Raw docomenting in its purest form, keep upp the good work brother🙌 you got a new subscriber from sweden that relly feels that i need to travel more
Wow, impressive! Mike you show the world a real Tibetan nomadic life. I had similar experience traveling in Ngari for 20days, and Naqchu 8months, same people, same environment and same way of life. But I guess the place you went is somewhere near Ngari, maybe in the border area in Nepal. I miss the land and the people!
This was incredible!! A truly special video! I also do not understand how these videos aren’t in the millions of views. Absolutely keep it up, I feel like I’m right there with you! 😁
thanks so much for sharing your vblogs....I find each of them unbelievably interesting. No way would I think to have these very challenging experiences, yet you do it with such grace and openness....with smiles and appreciation for the experiences of meeting great peope everywhere. It gives an eye to humanity many of us will never have an opportunity to experience. All the best to you and safe travels...and wonderful adventures ongoing.
What you show so clearly, is the human commonality that exists between us all . . The basic stuff that human politicians choose to ignore . . Thank you for making and sharing these brilliant films and bless u and ur travels and continued sharing back 🙏
the most intelligent guy visited india never shows negative sides positively travel respect culture be like this bud don't disappoint us like that bald dude
Chanthang is absolute beauty to explore in Ladakh. Autumn and winter would be terrible for an outsider to live as it really gets cold. Its an amazing experience to be in such a tranquil place away from the hustle bustle of the city. Glad to see you enjoying the remotest place of Ladakh.
It is always an emotional as well as painful moment for a community to see their traditions and way of life is going to extinct within few years and there will be no one from their own community to preserve that in future. Ppl in this modern era want to live an easy and peaceful life with less struggle and hardwork to do .So that their own children qont gonna suffer like how their ancestors suffered. To get something ,we have to loose many thing. This is how human life works.😔🙄
last year, I've been to Tibet for twice, and you have show the whole original life style of Tibetan, shower in a high altitude is extremly dangerous, btw, I really love your video, keep it, and what the name of the BGM at the end of this video
Hello mikey am your new subscriber here and it was nice seeing you in the roving naga channel one of my favourite youtuber in nagaland n thank you for coming to explore nagaland

Your cinematography is wild. Properly wild.
The silence after you said 'rock '
