I use to live and work in PNG. Not many film there for obvious reasons. I was carjacked and kidnapped in Port Moresby but I still love the country and the people. I'm going back to do some business because cocoa, vanilla and cattle. I hang with the locals and feel safe. It’s just the random Thugs. Thanks for doing this series! Peggy from Washington State 😊

I was just wondering if he’s doing anything to cut down on the chances of getting sick from some of the more bizarre things he eats. I’d also like to know how many times he’s gotten sick since he started the show.
He led a tour to PNG and tragically died from a medical episode on his birthday. He collapsed in the water on a remote island after experiencing what he thought was just chest and shoulder pain. McCombe was rushed to the mainland and unfortunately could not be revived
I love this channel. Sonny will try jst about any food. The eggs with the baby chicks inside in the last episode was unbelievably hardcore. Ive seen some strange things i would never have thought id see. Brilliant!

My cousins grew up in papua new guinea all their life as my aunt was a missionary there. Many wild stories as they were there in the 80's and 90's
