    Oh my goodness that Buddha Bowl! I need to go and pick up some tofu ASAP and make that because my mouth was watering the whole video but especially for that recipe

    I really like these videos. I love the speed of them and the list of all the ingredients and instructions. So easy and they look delicious! You make cooking healthy feel doable! Before I felt so overwhelmed. I love how there's lots of roast veggies in each dish. Looks delicious! Can't wait to try these. Thank you

      Henrietta Anne Ele S Yes. If you’re vegetarian/vegan you can also use vegetable broth

      Yeah but it gives it flavor and since it's being eaten with chicken, it has a chicken flavor

      yeah the food probably would be eaten sooner than in 6 months, but that is just the maximum time it can be stored in the freezer
