Yeah but it gives it flavor and since it's being eaten with chicken, it has a chicken flavor

yeah! it’s definitely necessary to have proper ingredient measures and oven temperatures when cooking/baking

Tofu is not a viable source of protien
No one would want to save something for 6 months
yeah the food probably would be eaten sooner than in 6 months, but that is just the maximum time it can be stored in the freezer
For some, it's easier to just cook a lot in one day, then later just heat up your meal.
