Thank you for this! What I loved? I currently own and operate a contract laser engraving business and want to incorporate apparel decorating to my line up. These amazing entrepreneurs, (and yourself 😎), helped me immensely by answering some of the very questions I’ve been seeking answers to.

New decorators in Colorado Springs focused on sports teams. Interesting that there are so many of us in Colorado. Loved hearing about the pricing and how they were able to go full time. Hoping my son can grow in that way. My question is what do the full time folks do for insurance and medical after they go full time. By the way, was considering a 12k embroidery machine then somehow found a video of you Kelly showing how to heat press and quickly diverted to purchasing a dream shop setup instead. Will be finishing our first big order for 40 garments for a wrestling league today. Thanks for putting out great content and with a heart of a teacher!

I like that. Charge retail for the garment + the transfer price + $5 every time the heat press drops. She didn’t mention the cost of shipping and receiving though.

I know right?! A pretty solid way to ensure you're making a profit! We've got a few more of these videos coming in this series, we'll follow up on shipping and receiving! With most decorators, any shipping costs are passed onto the customer and receiving costs are built into the overhead & markup on the garment.
