I added Lonestar Adhesive to patches a client brought to me. Their instructions were 320/280 for 45 seconds. Any thoughts on that long 45 second heat time ? I stuck with 30 seconds...... Also- you dont pull out the inside sweat band when applying patches. No need to fuss with that ? Thank you. Great great machine.
Hi Josh, I am printing UCM on the 360iq, with a Richardson 112 hat (very popular) When applying I am getting a crease to enter side of the main stitch coming down the front of the hat. How am I suppose to get rid of this crease? Thank you.

Hello there, my company recently purchased the Fusion IQ. Our customers want the US flag on the side panel but it creases the front patch and if I move the hat it tends to burn the strap off the back. Any advice?
I have one. It's not really designed to do anything but hats because it was designed to be used with the cover pads. You can't enough pressure on the press without the pads and plastisol t-shirts tags don't work well with the pads. I got it to work it but it wasn't practical. You're better off buying a cheap label press for $200 if you want to do neck labels.
When pressing on hats, what does a pressure reading of OL mean where the pressure number should be? It also says high pressure heat at the top of the screen in yellow..... I am not sure why my 360 is saying this....
Sir you have my respect, 10:19 how did you that logo? it's a piece of art, can you just tell me which software did you used for that amazing result? you are an artist, i like the way when you combine wonderful colors with patterns and textures, keep going :)! Thanks in advance.

I'm very interested to buy this adhesive but wondering the process to apply it to the patch. My plan is to use it with embroidery and dtf patches. Do you have a video how to do it or could you please share the process? Thanks a lot
I have been watching a few of your videos , but ,you haven't shown any cost of this machine. I don't have any hot Printing Presses. At this time, iam not interested in the Tee shirts and the machine for sweat shirts. But, I am interested in making the hats . I am retired and on Soc.sec. and ,I think doing the hats as a hobby would be a great thing to get into. So how much is the machine and what is the shipping cost?
Thanks for watching! The Hotronix 360 IQ Hat Press details and price can be found here: www.stahls.com/hat-heat-press-machine The shipping cost will be calculated once it is added to the cart. It depends on area, and which shipping company you choose.

This video was created 3 years ago, the black platen was a prototype.

Did these pads ship with the original heat press? Not sure I received...
We recommend reaching out to the company you purchased from directly.
I was going to buy the old version today but saw this one. When will it be available? I'm ready to buy yesterday but snot in stock yet.
Do you have to preheat the hat I mean?
We recommend always pre-heating to remove any extra moisture and wrinkles in the apparel/hats.
Is there an ideal setting top/bottom plates on the iq for "Foam Trucker Hats"? Just picked up the iq. Lovin' it
The IQ is all you need - it's formfitting to any style of adult caps. Very exciting!! Congrats and thank you for your business.
@@StahlsTV Thx. Loving it so far..

Where do get the plain shirt, hat, and other materials for printing??
In the US, you can order blank apparel here: www.stahls.com/stahls/13/apparel
Thinking about using for neck labels also.. What about straw hats?
Great idea for the neck labels! As far as straw hats, not quite sure of that because of the heat sensitivity. May be worth testing.
