Hi. I just purchased this machine. Very nice. However, my question is, mine did not come preloaded with any hat patch software except 1. I called the US supplier and they spent several hours trying to explain and justify why I didn't get it. I see your machine does indeed have the preloaded settings. I also have the latest firmware like yours, with the touchscreen magnetic release button, so its not a firmware issue. Im very disappointed that i feel I didn't get what it paid for. At this price point, that's not acceptable. I call it like I see it. The ol bait n switch!
