@WildeWillow the Mad Hatter herself! You give awesome information on your videos. I especially like the way you build up the bottom piece with microfiber. I wouldn't mind seeing a video on how you do that.
Congratulations you won the Vevor auto heat press. Email me at WyldeWillowWoodWorks@gmail.com with your shipping info and I will get it sent out to you soon.
@@WyldeWillow You don't know how much I appreciate this! You are awesome! Your videos provide useful and relevant information for this business. I sent you an email with my information. Looking forward to using the machine. Keep up the good work!
Just started in the hat aspect of my brand, cause I wanted to control the quality myself, and so far at 4m mark in your video and I already learned more than the past 3 months searching the internet for answers... THANKS SO MUCH ''GIIIIIIIIRRRRRRLLLLLLLLL'' :P
Seems like the very first set up is the best according to how you have it set it up for the lower budget ones. But do you have a video on how you set up the first one to prevent the crease ? I was gonna push for HPN but I don’t like the crease
Awesome info. I appreciate you taking the time out to share your tips and experience with us. Especially considering the fact that you have so many other more PRESSING matters at hand. Keep the content coming. THANK YOU
I ordered the auto vevor last week to start doing hats. I was on the fence between the auto and manual. I may have to get a manual if hats do well for me. Thanks for the video!
It really is ! I had a hat press years ago and wasn’t sold on it . Then I got the 360 last year to try it again and that machine with the other plattens are worth there weight in gold !
That's good plan. Even if you upgrade it's a good press to have around as a back up or for certain applications. If you register on there website and use the code VVPROMO it's a little over 100 dollars, can't go wrong.
Recently bought that orange automatic vevor hat press. I like it. I have only done the leatherette patches on it and they turned out pretty good. Its a nice machine to start out on.
Good video! I have the manual Vevor press and feel like it's a good, affordable start. Especially if it's running nowhere near capacity.. To minimize the creases on the cheaper presses, a "Pressing Pillow" would likely do the trick!
Nice job on the overview of them all. I've only used the basic Vevor hat press, but it works well for the money. I also have to use a microfiber cloth on the bottom platten to keep the creases from forming. Keep the videos coming!
Great video. You expressed the main concerns I have, which is creasing. Right now I glue my patches using contact cement and sew them on. I do plan on continuing to sew them regardless. I like the look of the sewn patches plus the extra security. But looking to possibly speed up the process. And make it easier. I figure you’ve already done the giveaway. But if not good luck to all. Richardson 112s are my biggest sellers. So hopefully I can get one dialed in soon.
I think a heat press would help you out a lot. The pressing time is really quick! I also love the sued on look to! I want to get a machine eventually to start doing it, but they are so expensive !!
Thank you for a great video. I am very new to the laser world and am having fun and loving it. I just was recently looking at the vector auto heat press but I like your input on the non auto. I strictly do all my work for hobby and gifts etc not running a business so I appreciate your honest reviews. Thanks again!!
Hey I've been thinking about getting a hat press cause I'm just getting into leather work, got the engraver except no Hat Press. Keep up the good work, HATS OFF TO YOU!!!
Still haven't started doing hats but have been giving it a lot thought. Winning a hat press would definitely help me make up my mind lol! Oh yeah...BOOGER 😁😁
Great video comparing heat presses. I need to get one soon because doing in with an iron and a bowl sucks. The word is "Squeeze me tight". Thanks for the video!
The Schnauz berries taste like Schnauz berries! Great video as always Willow! I have done hundreds of hats on my Vevor auto press, just got a Dual platten press from US Cutter a few weeks ago but havnt dialed it in yet!
@@WyldeWillow it seems to be just like all the other ones, like everything else in the world one company makes it and everyone else rebrands it and bumps up the price…
Just a question, why haven't you upgraded the second Vevor with nobel price winner notpatented anticrease super dooper solution? And I would really like to see how that's done ...
Just haven't got around to it and I planned on giving it away so i didnt want to do to much with it. Might be an issue adding more to the press since you can not adjust the pressure. Its really just adding a micro fiber cloth that is folded up in a way that the middle of the cloth is thicker than the outsides. Hard to explain maybe I could do a short video on it.
I have a tip for you, don't need the giveaway I already have a 360-IQ. Prior to pressing, put the patch inside a paper towel roll so it forms it a bit. When you take it out it'll unroll to the perfect arc for the hat. BTW, when I got mine it was $100 or so cheaper if I bought it direct from stahls - not the website, I went to my rep. So at the time it was under $1600.

Just wish you could change the pressure with it. Have you tried it out yet?
@WyldeWillow I havent, I just got back from a trip and back to my full time job. I hope to have some extra time today to open it up and check it out.
I have those lower molded ones for the 112 and the other two and it’s money well spent . I hardly use the one the came with the 360 anymore
Do you have more info on the 112 platen? Where can I find it
