I've been running this setup in my sledge for a while now. Very impressed with it. I actually just bought another combo and I don't even have anything to do with it :-)
I hear many people with 6s system drive 4s on track(because there is no need for the top speed on 6s). What if you reduce the speed with smaller pinion (bigger spur) and keep the 6s, would it give you better control than just switching to 4s?
I just installed this setup in my Sledge, It did 1.25 6s pack, then the magic smoke came out. Stock gearing on 1 pack then tried 11T pinion on second(I run a verry small track, I'm not after top speed. Stock punch setting.
Hello 🖐 I recently bought a max8 g2 4278 2250kv combo, and in my combo there are no additional cables to solder on another motor, and the color of the thermal sheaths at the ends of the wires already soldered on the motor they are blue young orange not black like yours, Do you have any idea why it's like this in my house? Or if it's normal? 🤔 Thank you in anticipation! 🖐
Amazing system!!!are you using the stock steering servo? With this as well? Wondering how a nice reefs 500 servo on 7.4v would wake the steering up to be more responsive?
I’m having an issue with my g2 system where on takeoff if I floor it it will stutter hard. Not like a non Sensored stutter, more like an electronic launch control stutter. Definitely not what it’s supposed to be doing. Also when I try to hit jumps I’ll lose power very momentarily just long enough to mess up the jump and not be able to hit it correctly. I’ve tried all the settings possible and even new batteries. I’m stumped man is there anything you can think of that might be causing this? I cant find anything in the internet either. I’m gonna try qs8 connectors in a last ditch effort. Maybe the xt90 can’t handle the current draw the motor needs.
The fine dust isn’t helping at all n the corners.. and I know it would probably b expensive to wet down the track.. everyday… maybe u can get get the rain to come see ya
It’s meant to be 6s stock lol Running mine 8s and it’s not a heavy Rc lol Heavy is going from the sledge to a an outcast 8S and getting 2x the weight lol

Can you try Badland MX38 tires on this track with the same truck
Use the revo 3.3 platinum tires. The grip is crazy good on tracks.
Did you change any of the programming or is that straight out the box and into the sledge?

I just bought a kraton 6s yesterday what do you recommend for diff fluids and shock oil

Slow is fastER Joe🤷! Maybe try a 5S instead of the 6s (if u have any).
