    Hi Luisa Zhou, thanks for this video. Can you tell me the difference between a discovery call and "sales" call? Can they both me one and the same ? Is that a bad idea or good idea. Thank you.

    FYI - This advice is most appropriate for folks only getting inbound leads. It’s not as well suited to outbound discovery.

    Her Call Script:
    1. (Welcome) Thanks for getting on this call with me & I am exited to see if we are a good fit to work together.
    2. (Why me?) So can you share a little bit why you reaching out with me?
    3. (Why this call?) Why did you schedule this call?
    4. (Roadblocks) What have you tried that hasn’t worked? Why do you think it doesn’t worked, how long did you try it?
    5. (Why Coach?) Why you want to hire a coach?
    6. (How could I help you?) How could I help you?
    7. (Desire) What would be your dream outcome of our coaching, your goals? Your end result?
    8. (Yes / No) Yes after all that infos you shared, I think we are a good fit and can work together or not because of this & that.
    9. (Work together) We can to this and this in first week and month then do this later on build that and this & grow here and there, also in which timeline
    10. (Feedback) How does it sound for you, is that also a good fit for you?
    11. (Recap + Investment) Okay recap we do this and that in that amount of time that’s all the value for your investment would be this and that
    12. (Quiet) Just wait for his answer, don't try to sell!
    13. (Response A) Yes I am in, cool book in.
    14. (Response B) Not sure... Do it all again, What are the problems that you are not sure, How can we solve it ….
