I think he did a great job as James Bond. Daniel’s Bond was tough, had some humor, and a serious BADASS!!! Pierce Brosnan is still my favorite Bond tho!! Had lots of swag, tons of humor, cool gadgets, and thrilling scenes!!

Not an easy task being in his forties and now that he is 50, it shows he is in great physical shape to handle the role. The proof is in the success of all his Bond films. Unlikely there would be another to match him.
His courtship of Rachel Weisz reminds me of dynamics discussed in "Getting the love you want". And how cool it is he's shown it's perfectly alright to not find your life partner until your 40's!

I'm happy to see another Craig Bond film. I just wished they could make them faster than what they do. The Craig series of Bond films has certainly had the best connected stories, and some of the best Bond villains in the franchise. However, I really wish they would bring back more gadgets and more beautiful strong "sidekick" women. The last two films have been lack luster with the Femme Fatale department.
One must recognize how Daniel Craig has taken James Bond to a higher strata in movie making. During his tenure Bond has become more than just another action hero. However my favorite Bond has always been the great Sean Connery.
