All great films transcend their genres/arenas. Sports, thrillers, drama, romcom, fantasy, sci-fi...(Oh, and all great films are about three things: Story, story...and story.)
As a long-time Bond fan, I was one of the fans who rebelled against a blond Bond. But Craig instantly became my favorite Bond in Casino Royale. While I'll miss him as Bond for sure, I'm okay with his departure. He has set the bar for the next Bond very high, indeed. If producers think the way to continue Bond and maintain (or even believe they can improve upon) Daniel Craig's interpretation, it won't be with a female. Not because of gender, but because of the very real social and cultural ideals we hold. A woman can be flawed, certainly, strong and dangerous, absolutely, but there are social and cultural lines we don't want them to cross. They are the best last hope for some kind of empathy and sensibility left in the Western world and if we make women the same as men (admit that men haven't done such a great job doing things the way we've been doing them) then where are we headed? What's needed is a different approach to the care and leadership of humanity and the world. And the approach itself does not, can not, include the notion that some people are better off dead. A woman with Bond's sensibilities is not an improvement, it's a digression. She'd have to achieve her goals in much different ways than have become the Bond tradition. And I don't think those methods would make for a great action film. At least not a Bond film.
Congratulations Daniel Craig aka Ian Fleming's James Bond 007 after 5 Bond films was a blessing and tied with the legendary Sir Sean Connery respectively. I hope that the original 60's Bond film character could get a possible reboot in the 2020's and if it's actor Adrian Paul who used to star on Highlander who could be that guy to succeed Daniel Craig for the role and I can't speculate.

The Trailer is wild and it is the longest Bond ever but that’s no guarantee!!!! Look at the Irishman being 3 hours and 20 minutes and it’s not bad but way to long
My personal opinion is that with Daniel Craig, they've serialized Bond. In the past, the majority of Bond films had nothing to do with each other. Even Blofeld, a historic Bond villain, only showed once or twice a (Bond) generation. With Craig, it's been basically the same story since SPECTRE, most of the same characters and an extension of the same story. OCTOPUSSY (1983) had nothing to do with THE SPY WHO LOVED ME (1977), DR. NO (1962) had nothing to do with FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE (1963) despite these two being only a year apart. Each film stood alone. Add to that the serious study in Bond's childhood (was that even necessary? We went from Connery to Brosnan without knowing which part of England Bond even came from and nobody cared).
Rod Serling was a guest lecturer at my college in the early 70's, brilliant mind, he was an ex paratrooper I met him; he was very gracious and funny, RIP Rod.

Paul McCartney when he took the demo tapes of unfinished John Lennon songs and turned out great tunes with the faux Beatles reunion in 1995 and when news of his work hit the fanzines he coined the phrase called anticipointment. I see the Same thing here as the remaining Beatles did a nice job and I think they will pull it together again.
My Parents were around 22/23 when James Bond's Dr. No was shot in 1961/62,
Awesome ! Daniel Craig is the best Bond. I'm a fanatic if you see my profile pic. 🤣😂🤣😂
The Trailer is wild and it is the longest Bond ever but that’s no guarantee!!!! Look at the Irishman being 3 hours and 20 minutes and it’s not bad but way to long
Family, thats very Vin Diesel for you to say.
Fantastic all the best......fantastic panch
When will Theresa Bond breaks out? If Lazenby and Riggs would cameo for a couple small roles. That would be hilarious.
Damn, this hurts now.

More movies should be about Family, nice!
Huh? Can you please repeat that? I fully expected Rod Serling to begin talking and introduce the start of the Twilight Zone any moment.
Rod Serling was a guest lecturer at my college in the early 70's, brilliant mind, he was an ex paratrooper I met him; he was very gracious and funny, RIP Rod.
Chuck Denova oh wow! Yikes I just noticed my typo on his last name. Doh! Thanks for pointing that out. Darn smartphone being operated here by a dumb human. Ha.
All questions are harded to answer without spoiling somehow.
Daniel Craig is the man.
Holy legs batman.
To say that is like saying it is about secret agents, or fast cars.
