Very interesting breakdown! I think this is going to be like the movie “Vantage Point” and we’re going to see multiple perspectives of how the coven was killed and we will have to wait until the final episode to see the full truth.
I just did a little research on the “star fish” from episode 1 of the show. They call it a Dybbuk- which is a Yiddish superstition about a demon or an unsettled soul of a dead person that possesses a living persons body and can torture their thoughts. In Psychology it is described as a “hysterical syndrome “- so I think when Sol silences the prisoner who had the Dybbuk, he isn’t trying to control the narrative or suppress the truth, I believe he is just trying to quiet the poor guys mind and anxiety so he can get a clear description of what happened on the transport ship.
@@DarthJarJar0504 agree on his intent, I think it’s far more likely than him having a sinister motive. You know I gotta play devils advocate haha. That said, by doing so he neglected what the man was about to say which I think is going to prove to be important as the show goes on. We shall see!
I love these so much, it’s really refreshing to hear other peoples opinions and perspectives on things like this 👍
Appreciate it! Would love to hear your thoughts as well! Feel free to “call in” or shoot us an email

Maybe similar to the Bor Gullet in Rogue One in that it can scramble your brain a little
