​@@fringeelements actually the game was made is 1994 and was never released, it wasnt until 2011 the rights were purchased and they did a limited release for the Neo Geo AES, the game was then released for Neo Geo CD in 2012. You may be confused about the date because it did get an official rerelease on Sega Dreamcast in 2018. It definitely was made in the 90s though.

It wasnt made in the 2000s, it was made in '94 and was left unreleased until the rights were bought by someone else in 2011
