I agree, a used MT-07 is much better, the torque and power it produces completely destroys the mt03. Unless you're getting your first bike, then a 03 might better for you.
I bought an MT07 last year, which is a great bike. However I wish it looked as good as this new MT03, and I also wish it had the digital display setback behind the handlebar like this, rather than ontop of it!
It’s so awesome they are making more small bikes. I started on the Ninja 250. Back then all they had was the 250 Ninja and the Honda Rebel. The ninja 250 was $2999 brand new

@@Englishbikerdan I agree with Tomer and I can't speak for him but for a new rider moving up from a Euro 3/4 compliant 4 stroke the step up in power/weight/brakes/gadgets etc on bikes is a big deal. Hi Dan, excellent reviews by the way and you're the same height and inside leg as me which makes them more relevant. Did you prefer the MT-03 or the CB 300 R and why please?
A couple of questions: Q1 - Did you try riding it at night time?? ( I believe you might get different feel just saying) Night time the lights will also look cooler.. I saw the bike in showroom (morning) I thought the headlights are very small compared to MT09/10. As long as the light clarity is good enough it's win win for everyone. Q2 - Does this bike have Traction control?? Q3 - Does the tachometer has a signal light which nowadays flashes when gear changing is required?? Q4 - Please don't mind this I know you didn't do it in the video but Did you experience rear seat?? Is it good enough?
