In this video, I want to cover a topic on kitchen confidential that came up about a line hook that feels like they are a pretender or that they have imposter syndrome. There are chefs all over the world that feel this way and I want to take the time to kind of talk about this a little bit and go into detail and give my opinion on imposter syndrome, being a chef, and not feeling like you’re good enough.

Agree with the statement there is no original recipies left out there to make. Every combination of every ingredient has been tried by someone somwhere and is probably already online... Even the horrible tasting stuff.
Its crazy being afraid of not being able to cook an "original" dish. But that doesnt mean you cant come up with a creative delicious meal, food is fun the hard parts of the kitchen work isnt the food its the prep and the rush. You can only cook as fast as you can, trying to rush from there is just going to make you fumble and maybe make you toss the dish and restart. Calm head, calm hands, and a clean work space need to be upkept during the rush and thats important.
