In this video I take out all of the old shower tile, drywall, and the bathtub! This is part 1 of the shower remodeling series. Thanks for watching! 🤙⛵
I'm only 5 minutes into the video and I am so proud of you. I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel myself. I'm 58 year old lady and doing it on my own.
Many talents! Good video and very relaxing to watch, you are very patient taking those tiles off. Look forward to part 2.
Will follow remodel
Thank you so much for sharing this! I really enjoy watching you work. I am 68 and in poor health but believing I'm getting better and better. You take care of yourself! I will be watching more of your videos. God bless you!
Brandon youbthe tile removing master lol they just popped right off and no breakage. Looking forward to the next videos .!! Keep on keepin on ✌️ ❣️ ✨️
Did the same thing with my shower tub. Bad knee's and hip. To hard to step over tub. Removing the mold was a must. Good work Brandon.
Brandon you did a superb job removing the drywall , bathtub and shower in your bathroom. Before too long your new shower will look beautiful. Until next time. 😊😅
Awesome I am going to enjoy this little mini series! 👍😎❤️
That wasn’t easy removing that tub by yourself. Great job! Can’t wait to see the next video! Keep your channel growing!
Looking good
Good job. We'll be doing ours in the next few months. Going to take a few guys to get our cast iron tub out though. lol
You are doing the right thing. Tile is nice but presents so many opportunities for leaks etc. Enjoy the new shower.
Awesome 👍
Love your potato chips when l visit my cousins in Boston all l do is eat the yummy American snacks and your food is yum 😋

You make this look so easy...what a great video
I here for this
Great job keep up the good work. Regards from South Africa
Brandon the Swiss army knife! Bro you killed it ! Gonna be an awesome shower !
Thanks brotha! 👊⛵️🤙
Funny that this video came out today. I was just telling my wife that I think it is time to gut the shower upstairs and begin again.
Oh my goodness! What a job!
There’s no blocking behind the tube where the fixtures go that’s why those huge nails were there. Look at it and discernment is required to see you need blocking to nail the drywall to ❤
let's goooooo!
Man, I wish the tile came off that easily when I did my shower remodel...lol 😂😅 I even have the same prybar! Love what you're doing ❤️, looking forward to the other parts!
Very educational
Great job !! Looking forward to the next video ❤
Nice job Brandon 👏🏻 👍 ❤
Great job Brandon!😊.
Great job! Wish you lived closer to me, I'd have you so busy!
😂😂
This has been my favorite episode to watch! Super cool you are doing it solo, especially the tub removal.
That hard board you took off over the drywall is called cement board and it is a waterproof backer board for showers. I can't tell if you just called it drywall when putting more back in, but you definitely can't use normal drywall on a wet wall.
Yeah I'm replacing it with that heavier cement board w/ mold guard. I'll explain it better in the next vid! Lining up the plumbing for the new shower drain has been fun let me tell ya! 😂🤙⛵
@@restrothunderroad so excited to see the next episode!
Hi buddy how you doing today hey I like what you're doing to the bathroom looks good keep up the good work when you going to go back out to see Daniel and Jason all right you have a great day and keep up the good work
A lot hard work getting that out, but I want to do the same thing. Keep up the good work 👍.
Easy peasy system. Shower pan and panels for wall.
You made it look so easy. I kept telling my husband to watch because my bathroom is so bad, anyway he just left out. If you want to do another bathroom just let me know.
Good job Brandon! ❤️🤗
Great job Brandon

Great job!👍
great job brandon !!
Looking good brother
Nice job Brandon
That looks like a really old bag of fritos wonderful when that bath tub was installed!?!?
When you buy a house that someone else built, and you want to do your own touches, that is when you find short cuts, someone did. In the old days that tub would of be cast metal and would take three guys to get it out. Most people would break them to get them out. One day when you get older, you might wish, you still had the tub to soak in when your bones get older. I have shower curtains, wish I had the sliding doors, but man the shower doors cost a good penny. The shower surrounds that you can buy, look better then tile, OfCourse., they make real fancy ones with higher price, and look like marble and all kinds of surrounds. Good luck with the pan install. Do you have to tie into the vent, so you get good drainage, and keep the pan from backing up? Just Saying
good job
You did loads ⭐️
Great hob Brandon
Get It Brandon ✨💫
What are your plans for the bath. They make great ponds in your garden or water troughs for animals.
💜💜💜
Where’s Jason when you need him. Lol.
💪😎✌️
I need you to come to my house and do the same job!😊
👍
Hey what about if you need a wheelchair access to the shower that would be so much better that will what about if something happens to you and you need a wheelchair to take a shower that would be nice you know
that package probably has a best to buy date on it...dont think they make those chito any longer?
This was so fun to watch. What year was your house built? Just curious.
80's ⛵️🤙
@SV Thunder Road I just think you seem like such a vintage person....totally a compliment. I love old things! Keep rockin it out! 💯
👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻
Hey Brandon
Save that Tile someone when I bought it because there’s a lot of people that like that old antique tile You could’ve sold it and made some money back on what you spent for your bathroom
I’ve never seen anyone be so careful on demo day.
💪👍🏻
👍👊
Hey Brandon did you get a side channel. Or I miss something on that last shower rebuilt video ..
This my only channel. New shower update coming out tomorrow! 🤙⛵
Thank you for the update.
❤💕💙💕💛
If you put a new drywall why not just tear the whole thing down at one time? I've never done it before never seen it done before so I have to ask to learn.
Speaking from experience. Removing both the drywall and tile together is very heavy and the tile is very sharp. If you do it, take off small manageable sections
Let go Brandon.
Great job Brandon
