COOKIELICIOUS is hull 6 of the phenomenally successful Oyster 72 class. Well known, and very well specified, she offers comfortable cruising as well as excellent sailing performance. Her 3 double cabin plus 4th bunk bed cabin layout makes her especially attractive. She is maintained to the highest standards, and is just used privately by her current owners. Since 2012 she has been used in the Caribbean in the winters, and predominantly the Med in the summer, and has been shipped by Sevenstar yacht transport, in both directions, rather than sailed across.

If a North American were to buy a yacht like this, I suppose the new owner would have to use US adapters for the European style electrical outlets? Or can such things be retrofitted for US region-style outlets. What usually happens in such a case?

One of the most beautiful yachts ive ever seen, I didn't even need to see inside.
This boat and similar are more on human scale instead of superyacht that are too big to be used by a single person . The idea that you can travel everywhere for free(thanks to the wind ) is priceless. Beautiful boat the one in this video.

My favorite layout of a boat I could realistically afford in the near future. I would love to sail the world with the wife, a few friends and two crew. The forward cabin would be perfect a crew-couple. Love the U-shaped galley.
That has to be right up there as one of the best boats I have seen, as far as the colours and decor, damn that's nice!

Just been on a 575, skipper runs an oyster maintenance company and says anything bigger than the 575 needs a crew
Thank-you, what I've been finding out in many of your posts. Looking at a few 55 Discovery now:)
I think its mostly comes down to how effective you want to be when sailing. I think you could sail this yacht with only 2 people, but you would most likely have to do everything half as fast as a full crew would do it.
If it's all electric why not? Curious actually
I brought one of these back to the U.K. last year, quite easy to sail single handed, though it does depend on the layout
