- In this easy cooking video, I make some tacos using Portuguese Linguica Sausage. The ingredients I used in my easy taco recipe are 1/2 link of linguica sausage, Sweet Hawaiian Flour Tortillas, shredded mexican cheese, lettuce, homegrown tomatoes, and Peri-Peri hot sauce. I browned the sausage in my air fryer toaster oven at 450 degrees F, for 11 minutes, on the Air Fry setting. Then put the tacos together. Isnt that Beef-Tongue? My favorite Taco is a "Taco de Lengua", which when done right is absolutely amazing!!! Anyway, just curious what the sausage was made of? Great video as usual, and Annie says "quero Taco papa"!!! LOL
God bless and have a good day
No this sausage is made with pork. Have a great day!

Awesome idea! Can't wait to make this one. And, yes it is pretty😊
Kisses to Annie❤❤❤
Thanks!
...Looks great...Seems like it's impossible to find Linguica Sausage in the oven called Florida though...I much prefer a soft taco or burrito made with flour tortillas and this looks delicious as usual...Great job Jim...
Thanks! Linguica is pretty common around here.
I just bought an instant pot pro yesterday. I didn't buy the ultra because it doesn't have the stay cool handles like the pro. the handles sit inside a recess so it doesnt' move when you try to stir what's in your pot. i'll be using many of your recipes as inspiration. Cheers!
Nice!
