“I spend a lot of time thinking about humans. And I wanted to make a song wrapped in a blanket of obliviousness whilst speaking the wonderful and horrible truth that I see in us. We are always thriving for something. If it’s love, money, sex, success, power or just a bigger piece of a delicious chocolate cake. It’s very interesting. Its grotesque. It’s beautiful.- AURORA
I think animal encapsulates this a lot, it's a bit of a mirror I think, talking about how powerful our animal nature is, how much beastly we become in our hunt for flesh, & pursuit of carnal pleasures
Endless Smile right! Things become mainstream BECAUSE they’re so popular or insightful. I absolutely LOATHE the audiences that fuel a small artist until they’re popular, and then abandon them or start to doubt them because they got popular with the very support of the people now turning away because they ‘don’t like the mainstream.’ If you don’t like things being mainstream, you got a problem. If you and millions of others are going to support someone, you need to know they’re going to rise in the ranks of popularity. And I always get happy when underground artists I’ve listened to get more famous and become mainstream. As long as they stay true to themselves, which can be hard, they get my support no matter what. Auroras content is so “her”, so raw in essence of how she thinks. I love her music.
It's beautifully weird. Such a wonderfully weird, beautifully brilliant little goddess of sensuality and strength. Is it possible to fall in love with someone who you've never met or spoke with? It certainly seems possible.
I think her song is about the "caged parts" of ourselves as humans. Might explain why she came out of the cage and starts to seemingly lose control. The parts we don't wanna acknowledge and let out because we feel it's dark and unacceptable for most people. The lyrics made sense, this is the part of us that remained hidden, in isolation for so long. And probably one part of that is how we humans really crave to feel love and passion. "Hunt" could mean doing whatever it takes to get it because that's how badly we wanted it.
Oh, I like the fact that she kind of took the risk of doing this even if some people are not going to like it because is not what she usually does, or what she used to do. It's great that she's changing as an artist and exploring different stuff. I am happy to be following her as she grows and evolves. I enjoy the way she has of sharing her magic with us, her soul without mascarades.
Camila Cerini Yes, there was a beautiful sorrow in her before. And the music helped her, as it does to me. Then after the years, she has changed, as every individual creature does. She wanted to get a connection between the crowd and her when she sing, so her songs became different with time. And the sorrow inside her is gone a bit, she can nowadays see light. So now she’s not Aurora, the girl. She’s AURORA. The woman spelled with big letters.
@@tishell1735 yeah, and some people here act like if doing anything remotely sexual was terrible. But it's a human thing, whether they wanna admit it or not. And there's nothing wrong with representing it in art, sometimes it can be kinda vulgar, but Aurora is not even showing her body in a sexual way (if she was it still wouldnt be a bad thing tho). She's making art, not trying to sell herself. It's not about a superficial thing, not something made just to get views; it's about representing human desires, and how we sometimes can be like wild animals when love and passion controls us. That's what i see at least.
@@tishell1735 People also forget that she was basically an adult by the time her first album released even though she wrote many of these songs years before... Aurora the woman isn't exactly what people perceive, I dated a girl a bit like her once and assumptions like that are the first place you go wrong. Also I personally am not a fan of music that is overtly vulgar or crass...either in choose of words, message or visuals. I hope Aurora continues to grow and mature as a person, and sees things for what they are rather than adopting whatever message is the fade at the time.
I really love Aurora's interpretation of feelings that are so hard to explain completely. We, as humans, can't deny this part of our nature. We may all act so civilized and conservative, but there's always this wild part in us. The feelings in this song are so raw and real. It's amazing how Aurora can capture these feelings and express these through her songs
Aurora never lost her purity, because growing up and exploring does not make you less pure. The concept of someone being pure is absurd, because only children can be "pure" solely because of their ignorance and inexperience regarding the world and human relationships. I think Aurora has always been this way, but she is finally letting it reign free.
@@bluedude188 I think people are fed those "concepts" and don't really want to think beyond that. It is easy to just accept what you are fed without really questioning it. But then again, ignorance also doesn't make you innocent. Same idea.
Seeing her live was definitely one of the best days in my whole life. She's so pure, so natural... she's a living miracle. She just... exists and she's spreading so much love and makes me wanting to make the world a better place.
I didn't find this song too creative. I wish they had produced the video for Churchyard. That would have been awesome and more revealing of her music style and creativity I suppose. 🤔❤️
cyndr king but it’s not literal. She obviously wouldn’t condone such a thing. I think it’s meant to be taken as her expressing our primal side, letting loose absolutely. Besides murder, I think canibalism is one of the biggest atrocities or taboo thing a human could commit. It’s very “animalistic”if you will. Deep down we all have these instincts, and need for something in life. We ‘hunt’ for it like animals. Whether that’s sex, love, happiness, or maybe even money. We are all animals but we’ve been taught to be civil. Which is good not saying that’s bad. Aurora is expressing the wild untamed side of us that lies deep down within us. That’s how I took it
Aurora has never been shown to be innocent. She speaks of sex as a natural part of being human that should be embraced and enjoyed in its most natural and wild form.
This song is different of everything Aurora had ever done and it is just AWESOME. Not a total sad song, but something reflexive and real. Electronic hit? surprise, honey.
Lyrics You are the victim The victim of my love I dangle up on rooftops Before I push you off I stand at the headlights Looking for a corner where I can't be found With a goddess in my right eye Watching every lover on the battleground You're hunting for love Killing for pleasure Lost in a concrete jungle If I am alone Make me a stranger Lost in a concrete jungle (He-lay) I'm an animal, animal Hunting for an animal, animal Hunting for love Killing for pleasure Lost in a concrete jungle (He-lay) Isolation makes me hungry Will you stay here till I sleep? Gentle Earthquakes: prazer sexual, libido. All Is Soft Inside: depressão, tristeza. It Happened Quiet: desilusão amorosa (essa música pode ser interpretada de diversas maneiras, há momentos em que acho que na verdade ela fala sobre um estupro e desejo de vingança). Churchyard: raiva, vingança. Soft Universe: esperança. Infections Of A Different Kind: fé.
I'm pretty sure this song speaks of a Huldra or a creature similar to the Huldrefolk. In Norway, there are legends of beautiful forest nymphs with cows tails and holes in their backs. Dressed as maids, they would seduce human men in the woods and bring them into their caves to eat or have sex with (or both) alongside other Hulders. Basically, the Huldrefolk were just sexy trickster nymphs that would seduce, curse, and rape people. I suspect the song is about a Huldra lost in a modern-day city, preying on lonely men and going to raves. Of course this song/video isn't actually about that, but Aurora _is_ from Norway, so there is a possibility that she may have based some factors on this legend. I just really like myths and legends, so take my interpretation with a grain of salt. EDIT: omg thanks for all the likes TvT
This precious creature that was once before a little moth a few would listen to has become a beautiful animal. Been following her journey since 2015 and she's by far one of the best young singer alive. I'm excited for all these years to come because more and more will be listening to her.

She did say in an interview that she loved the feeling of raving alone. She is speaking her raw, raw truth and that doesnt have anything to do with "losing" anything.
And this is why she must never be put in a box and limited by what others have come to expect. She has truly COME THROUGH on this song. Her sensuality is palpable.
@@AuroraMusic I have currently been doing a lot of research on my autism and what it is, and I came across a video by the Autism Speaks company talking about an autistic boy. They put autism in a box. They believe all autistic people flap their arms and can't feel emotion. I noticed that same thing with many other companies like that who talk about "early intervention" and "searching for answers", but here's the real deal. I do not belong in a box, and I don't need a cure for me and who I am. ❤️
Maybe this is her message to all expectations from her fans to be that cute child in the forest. She wants to be free to do what her creative mind leads her to do. The eggs are the things her environment forced her to swallow.
Maybe she was talking how if you contain that animal desire inside a cage for so long, one day it will break lose and hurt the one near you... similar to the theme of the first album of accepting your emotion, now this is accepting your desire?
My first thought when hearing the song earlier today, before the video came our was "tinder and other forms of cheap hook ups over and over again" For me the video matches my first interpenetration. A desperate hunt for short satisfaction when the capitalistic mind set of "use and discard" transfer form tings to humans, might in the end be eating at us and devouter part of our soul. But there is definitely many lairs to both the song and the video. I think I might have found one of them and are eager to watch the video again and again and discover several more lairs. The constrains we give our self might be another one, and off cause the Huldra (Norwegian folklore) and the Wild Woman we hide inside and don't let out.
yesss! I love your interpretation! yea mine was how because you keep on suppress your wild emotions it will slowly eat you and other near you, like "Isolation make me hungry" seemed like because you keep putting your desire and shame on a shelf (hehe tied up to other song of her of It happened Quiet), those desire grow more and more@@mammastenhjerte
@@CottonCookie Yes!! Yes!! A woman or a man!! (No where is it specified it is a female huntress) struggling with the constraint of the society, his/her religion, his/her family, His/her sexuality, his/her own expectations of her self, etc - take you pick. It need not be sexual at all, it can be about living with only part of your self up in the daylight, and the rest hidden deep down even for yourself. Living like that, denying your self your own personality and choosing to ignore the part of yourself you do not like, you can make decisions that are not healthy for you or the people in your surrounding. But the Goddess (your inner consciousness/an actual god/a higher power/the idea of a better you) is always watching, tallying up ever step you take. Being free like an animal is dangerous because it is so freeing and we might to things we otherwise would not have done. But shackling the animal is equally dangerous because we all have wildness in us, and we need that part of our self to live a full and free life. I have many more thought, but it is very late at night (03:24) and I have to go to bed now.
You are right- I think this was the meaning Aurora intended. Like keeping people tightly controlled from their sensual true natures, just means when they are able to break free, they can be reckless or destructive in the expression of all that pent up energy. With the dance club theme and the casual encounters in the alley/the street - the imagery fits. This interpretation makes so much sense to me.
In an interview, Aurora mentioned how in her next album she really wanted to test her fans to see who puts in a box. So for some who think this is very different than what you've seen so far, you're right. Aurora said it would be boring if everyone liked her music. I'm not so sure where I was going with this comment but here you go.
The AMAZING moment when Aurora says "You are the victim, the victim of my love" looking at herself, at her own eyes, against the mirror. Less than 20 seconds and this already is a genius.
I saw lots of comments about her changings. People mourning for her "lack of purity" and things like that. I don't feel the same way. Some of AMDGMAAF songs were written during her childhood and it they are totally relatable. If I were a child when I found her (I was twelve, but I mean, younger than that), I would have felt so... Understood. However, I think IOADK is brilliant, because I see some storylines in the songs and they are pretty much open for interpretation, I can find metaphors in all of them, and even more in this video. You don't have to like her new style, but I just see AMDGMAAF and IOADK as two halves of a whole. Opposing and complementary. She is discovering new emotions and sharing them with us. Both AMDGMAAF and IOAK are about humankind; IOADK is about the wilderness inside of us and so is AMDGMAAF. Wilderess can live in the gentle and soft things. The first album was sublime and this one is kind of visceral. And that is beautiful. I don't have so many theories about this video, but it reminds me of a text that I wrote yesterday. It's metaphor in which the Truth is Light and the Shadow is the Mystery. The Light can't be absolute if there is anything else coexisting, everything creates new shadows. Which means that, once our minds find the Truth, new Mysteries are made. And eggs are a good metaphor for the mystery: even though Aurora put one of them inside of her, making it part of her, it only generated more mystery. More life. If we assume that I am right (I don't believe there's right and wrong, we all can understand it in our own ways), the video can be about... the purpose of life. The purpose is, probably, finding purpose. Solving mysteries and never reaching the absolute truth. Experiencing and needing more. "Animal" may be about living viscerally, feeling all the emotions at the same time. Having new experiences. Because perhaps, this is the purpose. You complain about the lack of sadness, because back then her songs sounded more dismal, but it's so sad. Not knowing why you are here, if your feelings are nothing but only experience; that nothing is eternal but you can find inifinity in wild acts of loss of control. And this is pure. Melancholic. And beautiful. I probably don't even make sense, so I will just finish it here. Thank you for reading. :)
and its interesting, the less i write about my childhood dreams, and thoughts, and the more i write about the world is see around me, the less innocent it gets... x
I think u really summarize the point of the MV and the transition from the old to new her. Sure it sounds different than her old works but then again, I would like to see how IOADK would be like. Besides.. every artist will change and grow.
@@AuroraMusic you're right. the world is always getting wilder. I have so many thoughts that I want to share with you; I am glad I could give this little piece of my mind with you today. a high five from brazil 🖤
People are thinking that she's losing her originality & uniqueness, because every artist is going mainstream these years. But judging Aurora by one song is not judicial. Who knows? What surprises she has planned for us in her new album. And she released infections of different kind album just a few months before this song, it proves that hasn't changing. She's just sharing her beloved music with us. AND there's no way someone can put Aurora into a BOX.
Her songs make me feel free from society's expectations and just be me. I don't feel like I need to watch what they say or listen to the top artists. I feel like I can just listen, watch, learn and dream for myself. Refreshing.
I don't really listen to this type of music, but this song has been on repeat for the past 2 weeks on spotify. You are extremely talented. When you do the yell thingy in the chorus, it's like my brain gets hit with pure extacy. Thank you for sharing this with the world. I'll be a fan forever.
What I got out of this video is that we need to let go sometimes and remember that we humans are animals with instincts and adrenaline, looking for sensual stimulation. Even though we have set ourselves apart so far from the animal kingdom, that's what we are through and through.
This is exactly how I felt when I saw her live, she made me reconnect with the animal part in me that has deep and intense emotions that everyone tries to hide in a box, it was kind of scary sometimes during the concert to feel so much emotions but at the end we feel more alive and more human...
this song feels like a reminder of what it means to be human. aurora just being wild, careless and free, full of passion. and she does it so beautifully.
i guess her point is that nature is within us as people and we can merge the two "polar opposites" by appreciating all forms of beauty, darkness and light, nature and civilization, animal and spirit.
Aurora...You made feel and see things...You made laugh and cry...You're so magic, pure and beatyful...When i listen to your songs ...I turn myself into an unicorn in another world or dimension i just feel that im so alive...This is so masterpiece ILOVEYOUQUEEN
I want to show it to my friends. To give aurora the popularity her music deserves. To make other people feel different by listening to her music. But I feel that it's too special. Like its made just for me... It's a bit of magic in my Boring life. Thank you
This has been one of my fav Aurora songs for ages and I was so excited to hear the studio version and see this video! She really didn't disappoint, this is phenomenal! So interesting to see her visual exploration of this song -- the ending reminds me of the film Perfume, where the crowd swamps and eats the main character out of love/lust. I wonder if she had that in her mind? I love that she's pushing against boundaries, especially those placed upon her by others. I have nothing but respect 💛💛
I thought that was brilliant too. But now that I've seen it more than 1 time the video makes me wonder if the final part is not a question about how her fans interacts eith her... like eating her alive... Thoughts???
I can understand how it's hard to appear in this video because she doesn't like hugs and crowds. I relate to it because I have social phobia, although for Aurora, it's simply a personality trait. Many introverts don't enjoy similar situations. Aurora is strong
This video really makes me wonder so many things. What does she mean with it? Are we supposed to give in to more animal-like feelings and give up our human-like reason? Or is she portraying it as something dangerous and that we should try to avoid? Or maybe she means that no matter how hard we try, being humans, we will always be flawed and give in to wild and violent emotions. What do you guys think? Edit: I'm starting to get an overall better idea and have come up with again another opinion: Aurora represents our wild side and is shown in a pure way (maybe the fact that she was in a cage shows how enjailed people only build up more anger with time, and once released it becomes violence) when she gets into the "club" she's shown interacting with other wild humans, meaning that if we were left alone with no rules similar to what happens in clubs these days we would just act wild, without thinking and eventually destroy ourselves.
in my most honest opinion i saw it as if she is an animal who escapes, finds the human society, tries to get along with them but then they trick her and eat her without thinking twice about it yet the animal (Aurora) still loves them and yes, isn't this the definition of human?
I'd go with 3. I think no matter how much we try to mask it these days, we have basic urges that are of an animal. And there's nothing wrong with that, I think the best part of being a human is that we can understand them.
@Ailes yes she did, the "animal" might have felt in danger. Look at the man! All tied up in a suit with a bag. She killed him. I think Aurora gave us so much to think about. In the end, as she said somewhere in the comments she said she was both a human and an animal in the video
When i first seen this video and she kissed the guy in the suit and he died, my immediate head canon decided that If you are kissed by Aurora and you are not pure of heart you die.
Auroras music has changed my thinking. On everything. I didn’t really take her music seriously at first and only listened to “Runaway” and “Half The World Away”. Then I started working my way up into her newer albums. I’ve been listening to her music for about 3 weeks straight. It’s hard to go back to mainstream music after this. Everything she sings comes from her soul. It has given me hope because I didn’t know they’re were still people out there like this! And I can relate to her so well. I seriously love her 😭
Omg I’m just experiencing her music for the first time as well, I’m probably on week two from giving her a listen and Infections of a Different Kind, has literally changed my life. Listening to that EP was a spiritual experience that came at the right time of my own spiritual awakening. I also agree that I cannot listen to mainstream music anymore, and if so, it seems so vapid and meaningless. Every single one of her songs has meaning or multiple meanings!! I’m so happy that she exists, and that she exists at this exact moment in time, when music and a human being like this means so much!! I’ve become immersed in her world that she has created through her music so well and I don’t want to leave her world!!! She is definitely a light worker and it’s so appropriate that she grew up in a place called the Fjord of Light. I’m just so thankful to god and the universe for allowing her to be here on earth with us because we truly need her and I’m hoping she’s inspiring the next generation of musicians to create music with purpose, just as she has done so well!!! She literally makes me excited for life again when I was in such a deep depression, and she’s made me realize that there limitless ways for me to express my own self that I believe I would not have discovered on my own. Thank you for sharing this comment because I truly relate to it, and I’m so happy that I am not alone in these feelings or experiences. Much love and many thanks to you Kelsey 💜💜💜💜💓
This was me. I discovered Runaway a few years ago and listened to it occasionally until i stumbled upon her live music and ive just binged all her music and interviews for weeks. safe to say im obsessed
It's exactly the same for me. I heard a few of Aurora's songs a while back, liked them but they didn't make much of an impact. Then these past 2 years I started looking into her stuff more and more, and I haven't actually been able to listen to anything since. I can still appreciate other music but somehow I'm simply not interested in listening to anything other than her songs. Luckily for me, she has several albums :)

I was raised in a fairly conservative Christian household and AURORA was the first ‘secular’ artist I ever listened to.. six years I have been listening to her music and am still as enthralled with every aspect of it as I was in the beginning... love this ❤️❤️❤️
My goodness I love this raw display of primal insatiable rage topped off with a numbed out smile it makes me feel so seen for all the animalistic aspects of my humanity…
I love that Aurora celebrates and acknowledges all aspects of humanity. We are animals in a concrete jungle. Her music IS the very base of human nature, especially as it relates to the planet we call home.
Ok, I can tell some people here missed the point. The root of this song is about control and instinct's response to that. When control hurts you it can and often is rejected, as a normal instinct for self preservation. To become the animal and fight control is to have the instinct of self preservation even when it can lead to self destructive behaviour through desperation. Instinct isn't a matter of logic after all. It rejects what hurts. And when control is too tight, it hurts.
Music is great when we can see different things in it. From the bit of info I have on her, it's very possible this song could just be a literal take on her time in the city / love life. She's known to spend time isolating away from other people, but has mentioned coming out of isolation and craving other people. (Can't remember the exact words she used) Very similar to this song... In the first verse, it sounds like she's starting from the point of being in a relationship or someone romantically interested in her and she's been sharing her love (physical/emotional?) with them (victim of her love.) .. but once that person gets close too close to her (the rooftop), she pushes them out of her life (push you off), before she wants to go back into isolation or maybe just wants to be left alone (looking for a corner where I can't be found) While she's alone, or in the shadows, she's just spending time people watching how others try to find love. (watching every lover on the battleground). Sounds very similar to a lot of peoples experiences in a club. That moment where you're in the middle of the party, but then just want to sit at a table somewhere and watch. Her second (non chorus) verse is now her in isolation.... yet her cravings for other people and another lovers are growing, with memories of past lover. Not entirely sure what could be meant by, "If I am alone, make me a stranger". She may mean that when she's out, again maybe at a bar, and she's alone, then leave her alone and make her a stranger (don't approach me)... Or maybe she means that once she goes back into isolation, she should be left alone until she's ready to come out. As to the chorus, she wrote this song while she was in LA, and she may be referring to other people, or even herself, of how people ravagely search for love in cities. She's a classic introverted extrovert. She can go out and be personable... but it likely taxes her, so she wants to hide away again... eventually building up the energy and craving to be extroverted again. May have to do with her upbringing in Norway, where I imagine people keep to themselves more, so her going into a city where there's far less personal space would have her wanting to be alone sometimes.
*The end of this video reminds me of the end of a movie called Perfume: Story Of A Murderer. At the end of the film, a man drapes himself in the perfume of seven dead virgins, and the people around him, so overtaken with the feeling of love, all fall on top of him and eat the man alive.*
This is probably the only artist that I find the fanbase and myself so immersed in finding the meaning of the song through the words of Aurora herself, (I know on one interview aurora wants her fans to find the meaning of her songs by ourselves by diving in its meaning but it's just reassuring for me to know its intent) unlike other songs that It's so easy to feel the beat and forget on lyrics.
Manic depression could create so much damge to a person. But when you find a way to draw the right stroke, you see the most of the world's beauty in it. Stay positive 👍love 💕 AURORA
I like to imagine that when Aurora's not being a beautiful wood nymph, musician, and environmentalist, she's just prancing through the city at 2am regurgitating boiled eggs and eating ravers
5 Weirdest Things+Symbols on the music video that might have a hidden message: 1. Aurora acts like an Animal and she's in a cage 2. Aurora kisses a stranger then immediately dies 3. Aurora goes to the club and vomited like 15+ eggs on the sink 4. Aurora went to the dancefloor and joined the dance 5. They danced until they turn into cannibals, and eat each other's skin. Welcome to the darkest chapter of Infections Of A Different Kind, and you are on the first stage of Step 2, 'Animal". 🖤
LOLL OMG yes, welcome to the dark side. Maybe she was talking how if you contain that animal desire inside a cage for so long, one day it will break lose and hurt the one near you... similar to the theme of the first album of accepting your emotion, now this is accepting your desire?
At first her messages were about self acceptance - now it’s about how such a warrior relates to the modern world especially towns and cities that trap us in an artificial chlostrophobic cave - we were never meant to close our selves in our caves - we were born to be in nature as an animal.
Thanks for pointing this out. 1. Aurora as animal is already Aurora gone awry. She has become a false animal rather than true Aurora. 2. False Aurora preys on a stranger and mortally wounds him with a kiss. 3. Her bad behaviour is now effecting her health- producing eggs like a hen. All she produces are eggs that will rot and die. 4. She sings "Let me become an animal - she creeps like an animal hunting. 5. Of course it is a tragedy. A travesty. Sweet Aurora led astray in the concrete jungle- alone, and wanting love, but the love on offer here, in the dark of night, is at heart a cold selfish love, which she succumbs to. False love, like a traitor, ends up consuming her.

I see people saying Aurora is losing her purity because of the mainstream nah man the mainstream is getting purified because of Aurora! ;)
Preach 🙏
I don't think that this is that mainstream
Runaway and running with thr wovles was more mainstream
I don’t see anything impure about this. It’s so animalistic, primal, carnal. There’s nothing more pure than sheer instinct

Interesting
woah
Well, this is deep. And I think it makes a lot of sense.

Right I think people forget that she is getting older and therefore her style is evolving
I feel like Aurora is an artist that stays the same while she's simultaneously grows and evolves

The more I read those comments the more I believe people are stupid
@@bluedude188 I think people are fed those "concepts" and don't really want to think beyond that. It is easy to just accept what you are fed without really questioning it. But then again, ignorance also doesn't make you innocent. Same idea.

@shaman's flight gaaaasp naw uh
There are a lot of reasons to dislike this. Maybe someone doesn't like cannibalism...
cyndr king but it’s not literal.
This comment is true

I like "inevitable void" Nice!
Queendom: empatia, sororidade, unidade.
Forgotten Love: superação.
Gentle Earthquakes: prazer sexual, libido.
All Is Soft Inside: depressão, tristeza.
It Happened Quiet: desilusão amorosa (essa música pode ser interpretada de diversas maneiras, há momentos em que acho que na verdade ela fala sobre um estupro e desejo de vingança).
Churchyard: raiva, vingança.
Soft Universe: esperança.
Infections Of A Different Kind: fé.
Just discovered her and now I'm obsessed. Where have this been all my life?!!!

Aurora always right.
She was droving and she saw an animol shouting like a little boy right??
And this is why she must never be put in a box and limited by what others have come to expect. She has truly COME THROUGH on this song. Her sensuality is palpable.
wild people dont really fit inside boxes, so you're right
I guess she put herself in another box.
Cristal norueguês! Zero defeitos. Nunca decepciona!!
Sempre lançando hits, o fogo no olhar é real
Her weird movements in dancing are just PERFECT

Welcome to the Alternative music kingdom 💕
What I got out of this video is that we need to let go sometimes and remember that we humans are animals with instincts and adrenaline, looking for sensual stimulation. Even though we have set ourselves apart so far from the animal kingdom, that's what we are through and through.
I love that interpretation.
This is exactly how I felt when I saw her live, she made me reconnect with the animal part in me that has deep and intense emotions that everyone tries to hide in a box, it was kind of scary sometimes during the concert to feel so much emotions but at the end we feel more alive and more human...
True that!
Except a vast majority of species do not kill and/or cannibalize their own kind.
That’s so true! the message reminds me now kind of ”savages” by marina and the diamonds. At least they both seem to be about animalistic instincts.

"Concrete jungle" is talking about nature by absence. Also she is basicly in a place "oposite" to nature so...
i guess her point is that nature is within us as people and we can merge the two "polar opposites" by appreciating all forms of beauty, darkness and light, nature and civilization, animal and spirit.

Thoughts???

Aurora has truly distinguished herself as a special talent that won't be boxed in.
Edit: I'm starting to get an overall better idea and have come up with again another opinion: Aurora represents our wild side and is shown in a pure way (maybe the fact that she was in a cage shows how enjailed people only build up more anger with time, and once released it becomes violence) when she gets into the "club" she's shown interacting with other wild humans, meaning that if we were left alone with no rules similar to what happens in clubs these days we would just act wild, without thinking and eventually destroy ourselves.
in my most honest opinion i saw it as if she is an animal who escapes, finds the human society, tries to get along with them but then they trick her and eat her without thinking twice about it
yet the animal (Aurora) still loves them
and yes, isn't this the definition of human?
@@chris-cb2fw omg that's an awesome idea! I definitely hadn't thought about that one!
i believe it's more the first and third option.
Okay wow, I love this.

@@frankmoran3459 I also cannot hear the mainstream music now a days. I'm glad I found Aurora.
She said in a concert that this song is about SENSUALITY.
Sorry for my bad english.

Aurora is like a hidden gem, surrounded by the sadness of this world. Just dig deeper, and she'll shine happiness in your life.
*Só da Brazil aqui ,cadê os que estão esperando roendo unha ?*
My thought exacly. She is talking about her predatorial instinct. And even animals have sexuality...
Maybe that inspired this video.

5 Weirdest Things+Symbols on the music video that might have a hidden message:
1. Aurora acts like an Animal and she's in a cage
2. Aurora kisses a stranger then immediately dies
3. Aurora goes to the club and vomited like 15+ eggs on the sink
4. Aurora went to the dancefloor and joined the dance
I wonder if the number of eggs mean anything? Maybe a date around Easter time? Wonder if step 2 could be coming then?
You’re funny
AURORA RULES THE WORLD!!!
