I played earlier on portal using your breakthrough code 4 flags a, b, c1, c2. When it was ai it was a challenging with the walk ways leading to both c flags.

❤ There will still be small updates as Dice stated just no more major updates such as new session's, map's, weapon's, vehicle's & operator's... however they may still add some of the portal weapon's such as the G3A3, M98B, STG 44, M24, AN-94 ect.. to compensate for the lack of Actual new weapons not being added.

Enjoyed the map, complete chaos with so much smoke. Support and recon shine, although with an M60 there's a couple of choke points that even with smoke are just a meat grinder.
Blasco device on new map is pure bs, this should create a bubble but instead it has unlimited range up and down. GG dice
Played a few rounds conquest this eve and one round breakthru. Breakthru was a catastrophe. No way to take the first flag for attackers. Conquest felt strange at first, because so many maps nearby, until I found out they are not on the same levels.
But my main issue is sound: You hear steps, shouting, firing, explosions, steps again and you think the enemy is behind you, but they are all one level above you on a different floor. You shouldn't hear the steps on another floor. That's kinda weird and makes playing while listening to steps almost impossible.
Never fixeds through the years: On console you have an item nearby that can be picked up or a door that can be closed and you cannot reload, because the X on your gamepad is for both reloading and picking up items. That's way better solved in COD.
And I am missing surprises. Was very disappointed with the last maps (starting in Czech Republic). All seemed to have a map like Zavod, but they never put in what I liked most about Zavod: The underground tunnels.

Great video as always I have mixed feelings about this map. Breakthrough is a lot of fun. Conquest is a lot of fun not being said it feels like the exterior going towards the overpass was more focused on the interior. Also that being said the interior having so many invisible walls stopping you from grapplingaccessing certain areas as a palling other than that the map is a lot of fun. It just sucks that they focused on outside more than they did inside.😢

Cadwoman - Kind of a noob, and maybe it’s just me. But while practicing in portal working through the Battle Pass, I cannot seem to complete missions from last week about spawning on insertion beacons or the spots blocked with the X6- device of Blasco. Any ideas? Or just work on those in multiplayer?
These two missions only seem to work in multiplayer, since your AI mates don't spot and don't spawn at your beacons.
Wait, you can do Battle Pass Challenges in Portal? They don't work for me at all.
@@ninochaosdrache3189 You can, just make sure it's against PvP bots and not PvE. Also it can't be 'Custom' gamemode, only conquest,rush, etc.
Yes, Cadwoman has several videos on how to make battlepass portal servers.
bought Rainbow Six Siege On Xbox Series X instead of playing 2042 today, so far, its great, Console only crossplay, and an Anti Cheat against MnK on Console. Also way more "Specialists" to choose from.
You know what they should do? They need to release a map that is t flat. Perhaps they could take inspiration from Battlefield V, or maybe even recreate(?) a Battlefield V map and have it be the armies fighting on it in the future as LORE.
I miss driving tank around there, now it's just a extremely limited map
I'm a vehicle guy too and man I'm disappointed you can't get anything on any mode to fly or drive...

Front lines was a pain but I was able to get all four items. I don't want them to do a mode like this ever again it was a pain in the butt to do

Hmm… would it be overly optimistic if me hearing about “Sand Castle” and what you’ve gone through Thecadwoman, to think MAYBE, Dice put something in this map with lanterns like BF4 days for some sort of DICE LA camo. Just the wording got me wondering 🤔🤔. Any1 else pick up on that vibe too?

We have laptops so far. But no lanterns. Maybe they surprise us with a last easter egg. But I doubt it.
I highly doubt they would go through the necessities in creating DiceLa camouflage, there’s no short term financial return on such a venture. 🤑
I’m still hoping for some Easter egg unlock adventure that’s not filled with respawning 5million times 😒😒

@@pentilex4338 The moment you step foot on the roof it will be out of bounds - even though you are still inside the zone, so there's no issue really.
It's pretty interesting though, I wasn't aware that they can set vertical out of bound areas too

I don't know. Just tried it out and feedback to the facecam videos was very positive so I kept it.
Map is pretty miserable literally the definition of a meat grinder map,. So unless you like having the same amount of kills and deaths every game then it’s not very fun
The world's lamest lore ended with a whisper. I wish they did more with the stadium side of the map.

How is it average players suddenly get much better at weekends much better at aiming and shooting but movement is still crappie. And that is in most battlefield games sorry for the rant but really gets to me

too many flanks to be good. Playing objectives is frustrating because its so easy to flank from respawn.
Really unplayable for me with this update very buggy unfortunately. Maybe only AMD players who knows.
Can i just say its a bit of a shame that like 8 out of 10 bf2042 maps seem to take place in the same few km of desert? there are relatively few maps to begin with & most maps are sand+BC2 buildings and props?? kind of weak & i really hope they will address this for next game, i would've liked a bigger selection of actually different style maps, gimme some jungle or a proper city or maybe some underground mine or whatever, anything different.
And yeah i know there's actually quite a lot of maps if you include portal, but ehhh, that's kind of the issue here, those are all maps from earlier games (having 1-5 is nice but having so many seems extremely lazy) and you don't really come across any of those maps in the other game modes anyway.

Stadium is horrible. Another small map on a game that focuses on hybrid warfare (boots on the ground and vehicle). I hope they get their shit together and release big maps in the next game, because these locker/metro clusterfuck maps are just a waste of time.
I played two matches and already hate stadium. It's not a bad map if you think it's 2042 map. But it's awful, A flag is just as neglected as everyone knew, indoors is cluster cluck and enemies can come from nearly every angle around up and down.
It's pretty lazy edit of existing content but technically it's one more map in a game that had severe lack of maps so...wippee effin doo, yay?

And it's absolutely terrible. I can't work out which is the worst map ever made in any FPS game ever, Stadium or Redacted. Both are absolutely awful in two different ways. I'm pretty sure I could design a better map by dick-slapping a keyboard for 10 minutes.
There really is no hope for the next Battlefield game if this is the new standard.
I cant wait for this FTP game to finally die. The fact that the people that made this game still have jobs is insane.

Might give the game one last go once the final vehicle and weapon are out but honestly, I've moved on. I've got three JRPGs I want to play (FF7 Rebirth, Octopath Traveler 2, and Eiyuden Chronicles) alongside playing with a Valorant team. I just... don't feel the urge to play 2042 anymore. Shame to see the game just barely get on its feet before being shut down but I guess the DICE cycle circles on.
Next games comes 😂 who the idiot will buy any other Battlefield games or neither From Dice 😅😅😅
