Kenny Soo Actually, carbon ceramic breaks gets squeeky when you DON'T use them enough. So they need to get WARMER to reduce the sound. I know it's weird but that's how they work. So yes, the brakes are clean but he need to use them harder, that's the downside with carbon ceramic breaks compared to ordinary breaks.
