I'd really like to see a shot of it driving off. The unique thing about this GT is the fact that it has the F1 gearbox: most of the GTs had a ZF, which - although it makes for a much more practical vehicle - robs the beautiful engine and exhaust notes of that nice pause in between gears. It's not every day you get to hear a GT do that.

The sound alone breaks necks lmao I love it, and they are pretty cheap but I need to find a mechanic first because I don’t wanna bring this to a dealer

Auch beim anfahren lieber ein bisschen mehr Gas geben damit die Kupplung gleich schliesst👍🏼 Ich fahr auch immer im Sportmodus;) nur wenn ich nachts nach Hause komme nicht um die Nachbarn nicht zu ärgern😉 Grüsse aus der Schweiz

Ich habe einen mit dem Cambiocorsa Getriebe welcher meiner Meinung nach nicht alltagstauglich ist. Bei einem mit dem ZF-Wandler sieht es besser aus für den Alltag, bis auf den Benzinverbrauch;)

Have had a 2010 MC Shift for over a year and it’s not really needed . If you’re constantly city driving then yea probably a good idea and idle for long periods of time, but in my experience using the clutch makes it work and shift far better than “babying” it. Just don’t ride the clutch whatever you do I did that when I first bought it and ate through 30% in as little as three months, I don’t take it out in traffic to avoid this, late night and early morning / weekend drives. ZF if you’re planning to drive in heavy traffic for long periods of time because you will chew through the clutch quickly and to replace one here in Australia is 10k.

Totally normal. Italian cars make always every ride special. Low pressure on tires and bad roadconditions are not your friend. Passing the House of the ex-wife shifting down to make clear that you are still the boss.

Hi GT S with MC shift gearbox has a very distinctive sound note compare to the ones with ZF(does not matter if 4.2 or 4.7) Reason is a different camshaft timing to enable rapid downshifts. The crackles behind the downshift are again enabled by timing and valve opening overlaps.(downside is fuel consumption thats massive compare to ZF ones) As well no drag from torque converter makes it mad when touching the throttle (listen to the tunnel sections how quickly it builds rpm, the ZF ones dont) and then the big bangs during upshifts (its not heard in the video much but in reality its like if a dynamite booms and bangs next gear) This is given by the switch off of the ignition during clutch and upshift operation. (ZF dont switch off). Then the Gearbox is transaxle so there is a little oscillation due to the length of the shaft spinning on the engine speed and it sounds like shifts of F1 cars from 90s when next gear is engaged (uAuAuAaaaaaaaaa ). There are not many cars giving you such an amount of different noises at different speeds and driving conditions. Its a musical instrument on 4 wheels. Listen to the 599GTO that makes the same bloody effects as a result of race like engine and gearbox control but with its beauty V12 glory

And no, I'm not jealous. I have a nice car with a big engine myself. And it's loud too. But I don't have to drive extra loud with it. Driving like that only turns other people against nice cars.

Hi, this is the 2009 Model GTS. It's not the facelift Sport. I would go for the GTS, there is a better sound I think, because you have the 4.7 L.

that's no more than 4000rpm in it, this sound comes from a smooth 2800rpm-4000rpm.
So chill and listen to this V8. better than today's BMW or AMG's
