It definitely took some time to look better, especially compared to season 9, 10 and 11, but I still miss the old animation style from the Mill.
I still don’t know if the rumors are true or not or if they got confused with Mill Film, though.

The fact that Ballistic actually hums to Beyond the Sea at 1:27 - 1:30 means that the song canonically exists within the Apex universe and by extension, the Titanfall universe
The Titanfall and Apex universe is more or less just "our" universe roughly 700 years into the future, the "timeline" of events effectively started in 2122 when a meteor hit St. Louis, Missouri. The study of the meteor by Heinrich Hammond unlocked Jump Drive technology 65 years later (whether he was still alive by that point, unknown, he'd have been over 100 years), which started the space age and humanity began colonizing the stars. Point is, we should expect literally everything that exists now to exist in the Titanfall universe, except for the Titanfall/Apex games themselves of course

This is why I use it in close proximity to enemies, I mean Maggie gets shotgun bonuses so I always pick one up has her if I can (if not, ARs and/or SMGs, either way I use close range weapons) so I'm close to enemies when shooting so just launch it at them from like two metres away and BOOM!
I loved the part where Octane ran into a fight just to be killed a few moments later. Truly an Apex experience.

I haven’t seen a single negative comment about this trailer, and it’s understandable, the voice acting, the music, the way it all fits in with Ballistic’s style, it’s brilliant, you can see all the effort the apex team put into this masterpiece, well done to all of you at apex that worked on this, it’s truly a work of art

2: Octane stimming into an enemy and immediately dying
3: Mirage immediately being picked out from his decoy
4: Crypto sitting and doing nothing while watching with his drone
5: Ash missing all of her shots from point blank range
6: Maggie's ult doing nothing

Honestly this is my favorite trailer out of all of them. And his characterization feels way less forced and way more fun than a lot of others before him. It just makes me want a tv series in this style. Borderlands meets Arcane in style, almost. With the calibre of voice actors for this game? I would watch that in a heartbeat! Definitely getting back into the game because of this

It's so good to see that people are finally appreciating a trailer instead of typing those braindead "i loved the part" type comments. Not only respawn, but huge props to the whole creative team working on this. Music, voice lines, animation, everything was so good! Truly deserved all the compliments!

I haven’t felt this excited about a Legends introduction with so much excitement and interest since S1 with Octane and S4 with Rev. This guy Ballistic came in with Swag, Alpha aura, and showing that the old dog still got some new tricks up his sleeve.

As an Ash main can confirm. It's almost like I ping the location I'm going and the location of where I'm placing the tear wait a second and then go for no reason at all so my team stays in a 5 party and gets wrecked while I managed to heal like I wanted us all to do considering it isn't worth staying in that kind of firefight.

Woah first time in awhile I’ve actually loved a trailer this much and the legend
So based off this trailer, we can assume his abilities are:
Passive: The ability to carry a third gun (1:11)
Tactical: A smart pistol that can disable/malfunction your target's gun (1:21)
Ultimate: A auto loader that will temporarily give you a bottomless mag (2:00)

It seems like the passive could also be a chance to dodge incoming fire but the third gun seems way more likely for them to be able to do.
Please Respawn we really dont need more ways to be annoying and cluttering up the gameplay. Disabling/Malfunctioning someones gun seems like a terrible mechanic

I think the ult still uses reserve ammo. You just don’t have to reload at all. Imagine having a 200 round mag with an R-99
