Rev (Dr) Valson Thampu has specified the issue quite well. The priests of today are unable to counsel the youth of today, who experience turbulence in their lives because of extreme competition from all spheres of life and which makes them live on edge. The church is unable to place contemporary Christian worship and liturgy in the context of everyday living. Every effort is made to reintroduce pomp and splendour into the rites of worship. The priests and bishops are as remote and far removed from the lives of everyday Christians as Heaven is from Hell.

When the youth questions the clergy and if they don't have proper answers instead of satisfying him with honest approach they discourage him with an excuse like "the such questions are provocation of Satan."

Yes when the Bishop is only corrupt, how will the youth come forward. They should be setting a good example n b a model first. Then only even the unbelivers will follow Jesus Christ. But they are going against the gospel.
