Remember it takes time and connecting your thoughts with the muscles. Start with just using your stomach muscles to move your belly in and out like breathing. This will help awaken your muscle.

Hey imi edd! Try breathing threw your nose and not putting your focus on your breath but on the movements of your belly. This way you will just naturally breath without thinking about it whether it works best to breath threw your nose, mouth, or a combination of both. Focus on the moving the belly to get that belly roll!
Focus on sucking in both your upper and lower abs in together first, at the same time. Get comfortable with that then do the teeter totter abs using your hand to guide you to the part of abs you want to suck in or stick out. Hang in there, you can do it :) Remember it takes time.

Hi Tanvi, Sometimes it can take a while to awaken those muscles. Use your hand to gentle assist pushing those upper abs in. The key is persistence and the mind (keep thinking about it). Don't give up you can do it!
It may take time to awaken those lower abs. Keep thinking about it and be persistent in trying. Use your hand to gentle push those lower abs in and out to get the feel of it. Follow the exercises in the video. Don't give up you can do it!!

Gently press your palm against your upper abs to help push them in and then release. Focus on the upper part of the ab muscles. Keep practicing and thinking about it. I can move my upper abs but no matter how hard I try, my lower abs won't move.
