I'm really wanting to know the music that is being used. It's hard to practice with other songs because they go to fast and I'm not sure what else to look for. It would b so much easier on those to poor for real classes to learn when you know what song to look for.

You have to get your body used to making these motions and using muscles you don't normally use and you're going to look silly you're going to feel silly and awkward but if you keep doing it you'll see it will all come together

There are many components to belly dancing. One resource I found that successfully combines these is the Gabs Mover Crusher (google it if you're interested) definately the best lessons that I've seen.Check out all the super info .
