You don’t need to build houses, you need to build villages. Parks, schools, shops, lakes. Just streets full of houses won’t build a community and won’t make a home. Bad city planning, no city planning.

A nice park and clubhouse inside the village, multiple parks and a lake nearby, schools, golf courses, it's the nicest area near Pattaya in terms of scenery and ambiance. Even the roads are very nice in this area. The city planning has done well here.
