This is SUPERB!!!👌 Finishes are top notch! Loved the drapes, large windows and the overall plan. The walk in closet is still a cupboard that I'd change into a walk in, walk in closet 🙈 The rooftop, I'd raise the glass walls, no parties in the house, twende terrace 😊. Loved it overall!

I think Kenya is really doing the best to be on International market, Real States in Kenya can't be compared to Nigeria or Ghana, where prices do not match the houses that are on the market. Nice to see an African country that is really doing its best.
Good finishing but the bed rooms are very small. I build my house for 15M with 4 bedrooms ALL en-suite with the master bedroom with a HUGE walking bedroom. I guess money of the funds was for the plot.
Totally worth the 18M. Very good design and finishes. Any idea on the service charge? You don't want to buy a house and keep paying 50K per month for the next 30 years.
