Why did you get rid of it or switch away?
It was coming to the end of the pcp and I was struggling to find the bubble payment and I got a good offer for it just after Covid

@@youtubewts I bought an Audi A5 Convertible, no regrets as it was a lovely car but the Q5 was a better car in my opinion. I now have just traded in the A5 for another Audi, this time a Q4 Etron, very Q5 ish but not quite the same quality. However the Q4 being all electric very economical. We only do about 7000 miles a year, I spend about £15 a week on electric with a home charger and a 7.5p overnight tariff. I’m saving £110 a month on petrol and zero road tax (£570) which offset the extra cost of the electric car. Wish I had done it sooner.
@@youtubewts before the Audis I had 6 BMWs over the years but I think the Audis are better finished off and I never lost any money on the Audis although I know that you never really profit from cars of any kind. If you’re thinking of buying a Q5 then you won’t be disappointed.

100% agree about the gear knobs being replaced by little button like gear stick. Another trend that needs to go away
Got the Q5 E55 and loving it so far. Only got 1.5k miles though. 😂 too early to say anything else.

Pretty quiet he says as he's speeding down the roadway four km's per hour. LOL Went for a test drive in one of these today it was comfortable I liked it, quite a bit, I've got a battle going on in my head, either get this or get the lexus nx. I know the lexus is more reliable but this is a lot more comfortable just don't know if Audi is going to be as reliable as the lexus. difficult to decide...What do IIII Doooooo..
Fwiw, The q5 is slightly bigger than the nx, and slightly smaller than the Rx. Kinda annoying, tbh. But a good in between.

Bought a 2024 Q5 S line new and its been the worst car ive ever owned, clutch went out at 300 miles I have 10k on the car now its already had 8 warranty repairs done to it, Audi isn't what they used to be they are garbage now. trying to get it to bought back as a lemon and im going to go running to Lexus for reliability because this Q5 S line is far from reliable
radio quit workin
clutch went out
front drivers seat loose x2
quatro clutch went out
rear diff was vibrating
ac went out
belt tensioner broke
the CV joint fell apart
and more all within 10,000 miles most of this happened before my first oil change

but is a Q5 that much better than a Q3?? The Q3 sporback is very quiet cruiser even over those old concrete motorways sections. SO...
Mlb platform is way better so yes the q5 is so much better then the q3

It’s starting to look a little dated had mine since 2018. New model being released 2025, but won’t be buying. Happy with my 3ltr diesel which has been mapped. Car prices are crazy

I bet that noise was from the air compressor . I had the same noise in Touareg and it was a dying air compressor.

VAG products equal much time at workshops and sleepless nights. Dieselgate was something not to ever forget.

i know i've heard mechanics say don't pull the trigger get a lexus instead.
they are a bit harder to work on but thats the mechanics problem...I've worked on a few..its just really tight to get to bolts and stuff but they are a really great ride and handling is awesome..I have a Q5 and an S3 so two ends of the spectrum both great cars
Why to buy a plastic recall machine Called Toyota? If I wanted to buy an ugly car it would be any brand other han Toyota. Enjoy those recall basic bitch cars.

sorry mate but Lexus created the first luxury SUV with the RX, all other models just emulate, up until today. And the virtual cockpit or whatever, no one cares.
Lexus and Toyota make UGLY ass cars. People buy them based on their history of being reliable. Why you buy one? Today’s Toyotas or Lexus are recall machines, cheaply made, and UGLY as hell. Enjoy all that plastic and cheaply made Lexus today! I believe your car has a new recall lol
