Very nice, 0-60 is just as fast as the SQ5, yet better fuel economy.
I would say the transmission between ev mode to gas so smooth, own it for 3 years and love it
Awesome Audi Q5 E !!! thanks
I think Q5 E because not everybody’s looking for speed if you want speed, there are plenty of SRTs and hellcats and blah blah blah for speed. If you’re looking for fuel efficiency with some power this is the way to go even with premium gas on a 14 1/2 gallon tank, you’re putting in maybe 2025 bucks and you’re getting full range
While I always liked the Q5e, an unreliable engine with a phev system is a recipe for a headache. I'll take two.
Haha
VW Group just loves to export cars, even very expensive ones with blank dash and console buttons. Some small, some huge. If only they had the financial resources and skills to manufacture $5 bezels or console trims to to use instead for a cleaner more complete look on their 75K+ cars. Blank buttons just scream 'MISSING FEATURES'. Or maybe, just offer these options in the US if they are allowed. Looks like those console cutouts remain from features that have since been removed since this model generation debuted. Reviewers should ding them for that. These cost-savings measures just drive me mad on expensive cars as they just cheapen the interior which is usually a -less than- version of their European counterparts. Don't even get me started on the removal of the so-called 'unnecessary' fog lights from just about every German car manufacturer out there, while they retain fake exhaust tips and other cutouts that serve no other function.
Avoid this car like the plague! I own a Q5 TFSIe and after 2.5 years it already needs a new transmission. This is an inherent fault with the Audi 7 speed transmission. Google Q5 transmission problem to see how old an issue this is.
The Q5 has had a recall in Australia but here in Spain I’m told they’re wasn’t one. Audi clearly trying to avoid a multi-million dollar recall! I’m definately going to be looking at the Chinese BYDs in future for 7 year warranty, highly spaced, as good performance and better value for your buck!

You want to buy a hybrid You better have lots of money
Prius Prime for $34k, Hyundai Santa Fe PHEV for $42k - it's not insane
Q5e
Almost $67,000.00?? That's crazy. No thanks
A hybrid Rav 4 will cost you almost 50k with all options. You’re dealing with Audi, not Toyota or Hyundai. The pricing seems on point.
You'd be paying about the same for a NX450h+
The world has changed post Covid. All hybrid Lexus are all 60k starting to 85Ks insane I know but reality.
if you lease most dealers sell at invoice less 11500 in rebates so now you are at 53k
You will save tons of $$$ at the gas pump, PLUS 0-60 mph in 4.8 secs, PLUS luxury and comfort. Worth it.
