JIsSoCray RWBY is the show. Cinder is the fire girl with the sexy anklet and red dress. Neo is the pink/brown eyed classy girl. Good show with badass fighting scenes.
Eh, the animation is different in season one, but I wouldn't call it bad. It's a stylistic choice rather than an inexperienced team. And.... I'm starting to think it means something, because every season has slight (or not so slight) changes in the way characters are drawn and the way they move. And each season gets a little darker for teams RWBY and JNPR. Or maybe it's just coincidence, and Monty Om wanted it one way, and whoever took charge after his death wanted it a different way and the season differences are there to bridge the gap. Who knows?
i will say two words and then you can tell me if it's style or lacking animation. "shadow people". or perhaps you preferred when the characters moved like marionettes with half their strings cut and everybody floated two inches off the ground. and don't get me wrong, the later volumes still have issues. a sense of weight has been a constant one (one that seems to be fixed in volume 4) and the movement of the upper arms-upper back-shoulders area, especially noticeable in volume 2. specific examples of all of this? the run towards the chess pieces, the nevermore and the deathstalker in volume one, weiss walking away from the communications tower in volume 2 and the latter half of the episode "painting the town", when the paladin, blake and sun run down the road, watch blake and sun. don't get me wrong, love RWBY, wouldn't still be watching it if i didn't. but man.... EDIT: also, clipping and weiss are old friends. ugggh.

I was thinking of Dead Fantasy, and the... rumor? truth? that RWBY was basically Monty Om's original story version. The animation between the two shares similarities that I always assumed were on purpose for RWBY. *Shrug* (For those interested, Dead Fantasy was a fan creation ((by Om)) that focused on fights between different licensed characters -FF7, mortal combat, ect. No dialogue except maybe the last episode, and storyline was more you decide. Last I knew it was still on RUclips.)

That's on purpose, Neo can independently change her eye's from, usually, three different colors pink, brown, and white as to fit with her Neapolitan ice-cream theme, strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla.
Beat yang with style. Held her own against a Maiden, even if the maiden wasn't trying too hard... Still impressive. Fights with style and grace. Doesn't speak, but delivers so much sass. I love neo!

well yang and ruby dont. besides one of neos eye colors are the same as romans, and his other eye we dont see. and you dont see them kiss or act like a couple, if anything they act more ike siblings which is why i say. and also not all siblings look alike, and neo can change her appearance.

Also I agree with you on the point where siblings don't have to look alike but Yang and Ruby are bad examples mostly because there half sisters but there's also a theory going around with Qrow being Ruby's father making them cousins. Neo and Roman can be siblings and they don't have to look alike because what happens if one takes after a pacific parent like Neo looks like the dad and Roman look like the mother which could explain why two complete opposites work so well together and have such a close relationship. Ok I'm sorry for the long read I just wanted to speak my mind and agree with you but I still ship them 🤗
i didn't see a body for either neo or roman, and since we know salem has some sort of relationship with the grimm and since roman was so beloved, one or both are coming back. probably not soon, but they will reappear in some capacity.
Fourthspartan56 didn't see a body. roman survived by attacking the grimm from the inside until it landed, and ripped his way free from inside. now he lives in the wilderness with neo and pyrrah and penny, whom he recovered from the dump and rebuilt.
