That is really cool! I can think of quite a few things I could make with something like that. I really appreciate you making this video, and especially the time lapse so we can see how things look as it progresses. You took a lot of the trial and error out of it for us! Thanks Skylar!
Beautiful Job! Have you tried to polish out the darker colors to obtain the original brushed brass look? Just curious if this can be put into a tumbler or sanded/polished with a very fine grit paper. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share with your community, we really do appreciate it.
The centering/alignment appears a little finicky or it lacks a fine adjustment stage or method. Where does the vaporized metal go? Does it get trapped somewhere?
I don't have this laser, but I have a 50w fiber laser. Galvo lasers are great for bulk runs, but you trade off work size. Anyway, what you normally do is set up a jig so all that you have to do is drop in a new coin without trying to readjust the alignment. So, that's why her images aren't centered on the workpiece. I presume she was primarily concerned with testing out engraving quality rather than image alignment. The dust and odors are exhausted outside. You can see the circular grating on the platform tower. It's vital that you exhaust when engraving.

Why does the coin have such a rough surface in the blank areas? Can you make embossed engravings with a smooth surface?
Great job. Thank you 😊
how much time does it take the lesser to do that? thanks

Can you make 1” round medallions ?
Do you know where you got the file for that from? I’m trying to find anyone to test the new laser out.
Great job.Thanks Skylar!

Great job, but I don't see a link to the blank coins.
just added to description
I have the F1 Ultra - but the embossing feature is not an option! Anyone know why? Also my framing is not working!
I purchased the F1 Ultra, mainly for Coin Embossment... and the quality isn't there compared to other fiber lasers.
Hello. can you recommend or which is best according to your experience?
If we could make the coins that are profitable and spend able we would have it made 😊😮.
In case you don't know it, you're pretty 😎 and talented friend ❤. 🙃
Thank you
