When my wife and I retired, we sold our Southern California home and used the proceeds to buy and make repairs and improvements to an 1898 single storey Queen Anne Victorian in Southeast Georgia. It was originally built by a lawyer, and was home to two judges, as it is adjacent the county courthouse. It has amazing craftsmanship and details throughout, including fish scale and diamond-shingled gables, decorative original double front doors with monogramed frosted glass, ornate tin ceilings in the entry hall and living room, diagonal beadboard wainscoting, pocket doors between the living room and den, 12-foot-high ceilings with crown and corner molding everywhere, and amazing mirrored fireplace surrounds & mantles on 3 of the 5 fireplaces. We have altogether invested under $400K doing much of the repairs and refinishing ourselves. Our place outdoes most of those in your video for spookiness though. Evidence of haunting includes kitchen drawers that open by themselves. Additionally, we are next door to a funeral home with a hearse and a crematorium that frequently billows black smoke. Nevertheless, we are very happy with our gorgeous, albeit spooky, old home. No regrets.
FYI, the Martinsburg W.V. house is NOT on Zillow as claimed. If Kyle was honest, he would add links to the relators selling these so anyone interested could contact them.
Please add the information of where to find these places. Because I would buy it in a heartbeat if I could. I always love homes with character and personality it just feels more like a home than just an art piece that bland. Which is unfortunately the new aesthetic these days.
hi Kyle nice and beautiful homes it is always good to hear about the homes hope you were safe out there 🙏🙏🙏 you do a great job on your videos hope to see more videos ❤️ you thanks for sharing
OMG this guy is funny. So the first house the owner spent over 600 thousands dollars in renovations then puts it on the market for 685 thousand Ok got it. This guy is a clown.
would you ever buy or live in any of these homes?
Sure, if they were actually for sale.
Yes, if I had the money. One that is already restored & live-in ready.

I agree. Can't look into it if we don't know where these houses are located!
The Missouri and the 15-acre one, both have a lot of great potential. Keep Orange Crushing It!
Over half a million dollars and apparently anyone could afford that?

Nice houses. Haunted? nah, blow it out your butt, you're just looking for money.
These are beautiful homes-not ‘spooky’ that people would love to buy if you give info on where they are..not homes people don’t ‘dare’ to buy 🙄
I'll buy the Missouri home, 2 story brick.
I offer $1000.
