Thanks for watching our video all about the Level8 Hegent Carry-On Suitcase. You can check it out for yourself here: www.amazon.com/LEVEL8-Zipperless-Approved-Aluminum-Lightweight/dp/B0CRTZPVBV?tag=grantandmarisa-20
Hi Great review. Quick question. I just did a search for Best Carry On Luggage via multiple review websites and Level 8 was NEVER on any of the lists. Are they not good enough quality to make the best carry on list? Samsonite seemed to be at the top of several, is Level 8 of equal quality? I do like how this Level8 Hegent Carry-On looks and love the zipperless latches too. Please reply. I'm about to go away on a business trip and I need a new carry on asap. THANK YOU
Thanks for watching! This is a great case from our tests. I can't say if it's the best possible, as I haven't tested everything out there, but the quality seems very high. I actually use Samsonite for my larger checked luggage, but this has been reliable for carry-on purposes. Hope that helps!
@@GrantandMarisa - thank you. It looks super cool and great. I'm just surprised that NONE of the Level 8 suitcases are on any lists for best carry on. And that feels like a red flag to me about their quality. But hey, I could be wrong but you would think they would make it on a best list. I mean they didn't even make the Top Zipperless Carry-On list.
An advantage to luggage with zippers, including carry on ones, is the 'last minute souvenir shopping'. That is possible expandability. I usually do not like to use this expandability feature. However, you never know! Unfortunately, this luggage does not seem to have that potential. BTW: I love your beautiful kitty.
Hey Grant, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your highly engaging videos and thumbnails which will help your video to reach to a wider audience and increase your subscribers and viewers.
DO NOT BUY THIS CASE. My Hegent 24 case has been on 2 round-trip travels via Delta and is already falling apart: 2 of 4 of the corner protector/reinforcements have fallen off, and the remainder of the case is degrading quickly. This is not durable luggage. Particularly after communicating briefly with Level8 customer service, I cannot understand how anyone would interpret the language of their Warranty to rate any other rating than the lowest possible by any measure. Please consider updating your review.
Thanks for watching. Yes it definitely is on the heavier and pricier side. We did just make a video on two other lighter, cheaper options here: ruclips.net/video/hEJDXifWg38/видео.html

Did i miss you outlining the dimensions? Critical for carry on. But in any case, 10lb? Immediate fail for me.
I did mention it but happy to list it here too. It measures 15''L x 9''W x 21.2''H

Honestly I had not heard of the brand either before they reached out asking if I’d like to review this suitcase. But definitely happy with it.

Great points about zippered luggage! And thank you!
What were your thoughts on the wheels
The wheels are very smooth, feel strong, and are actually very quiet. Definitely can recommend!
@@GrantandMarisa I pulled the trigger and got one, very pleased for the price. Thanks
@@robertjohnston679 awesome! Enjoy!

Thanks for watching. No thank you, not at this time.

Sorry to hear that. I would definitely keep trying to communicate with Level8 and see if they can help.
Hey is the hegent 24 a larger bag that you check in? Or have you had durability issues with this size carry on?
@@angeloduarte1941 I personally haven’t had any durability issues. Only used it as a carry on. Not checked in
You had me at "unique zipperless design". Skip
Okay. Thanks for stopping by.
To heavy and to pricey...
