DO NOT BUY THIS CASE. My Hegent 24 case has been on 2 round-trip travels via Delta and is already falling apart: 2 of 4 of the corner protector/reinforcements have fallen off, and the remainder of the case is degrading quickly. This is not durable luggage. Particularly after communicating briefly with Level8 customer service, I cannot understand how anyone would interpret the language of their Warranty to rate any other rating than the lowest possible by any measure. Please consider updating your review.
We’ve used two of their other suitcases multiple times and on international trips (with layovers) and they’ve stood up well. If I run into issues with this one, I will update the review
